2 x more expensive than Toyota for an oil change. Alright, I had my Tundra through there quick lube for an oil change and they didn't have my filter which is the usual for Cochrane. Came back and the guys changed my oil. Next thing I receive is a bill for 2 x the price of their Neighbour Cochrane Toyota. Oil Changes can't +2 x more when you are literally side by side. $75 at Toyota vs $157 at Cochrane Dodge. Take your vehicle to Cochrane Toyota. I phoned they did nothing. Told me to go to Toyota next time. More

Poor customer with recalls and service work. This is the second time I've had to bring my vehicle in for service, I understand vehicles need work every now and again. Both times I've had to deal with them has been very poor customer service and attitude from the service department. This isn't the first time I've heard this, I posted about it on my social media and got a surprising response of 20+ other people who will not ever buy a dodge again. More

Gave us a great deal and made sure we were happy with every aspect of the purchase. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Joanne looked after the final paperwork and she too was a joy to work with. Will go straight to these guys in future instead of wasting time at other dealers. More

Go anywhere but there I have hit 4 strikes with this dealer. I had wanted a jeep jk for some time and my trip down disaster lane began with my trip to buy local. I firmly I have hit 4 strikes with this dealer. I had wanted a jeep jk for some time and my trip down disaster lane began with my trip to buy local. I firmly believe in supporting local businesses, and my cochrane address pointed me to cochrane dodge. MISTAKE ONE. Their website had wrong model vehicles listed at grossly inaccurate pricing. My sales experience was a joke with my sales individual having to report to some unseen OZ every 10 seconds. Frustration set in almost immediately. I was prepared to buy that day, but left without even a test drive. I ended up buying my jk the next day in Calgary. I found the vehicle I wanted with a price I was willing to pay. I have friends who had the same bait and switch experience with this dealership. Hoping to redeem my experience I went and purchased my towing package from them. STRIKE TWO. After I had installed my hitch and harness I was horrified to find out after the fact that I had paid upwards of double the going rate for these parts. Shame on me for not doing more research ahead of time. Regardless, parts prices this high are unconscionable. My vehicle is my daily driver and I commute into the city every day and my cruise control died just outside of my warranty. I am busy and needed weekend service. Guess what, the ONLY dealership within reasonable driving distance that had weekend appointments available inside 6 weeks was Cochrane Dodge. STRIKE THREE. I had been quoted out and told this one thing would fix the problem. WRONG. The bait and switch continued. Not only did the repair they did not fix the problem, they expected me to continue to pay and replace parts on what the termed "A PROCESS" that was akin to exploratory surgery, replacing overpriced part after overpriced part down the line of modules until the problem went away. I was also expected to pay shop labour rates for an obviously unqualified tecnicnician to learn how to properly fix a car. Any qualfied shop laughs at this story as it is simple to diagnose and fix. The real golden nugget of this story was that it was not a module, but the clock spring. I did complain this time and had the price reduced. They fixed my cruise control while simultaneously disabling my interior light dimmer ability. There was no way in xxxx I was going to take it back and be subjected to bait and switch dodge, aka cochrane dodge. As this problem, minor and annoying did not affect my drivability I was in no hurry to get it fixed. One day out of the blue I received an unsolicited text informing me my vehicle required service. I responded on the text and stated my problem. They asked me when I could book it in. STRIKE FOUR. Stupid me for thinking they wanted to right their failings with me I took the bait and set myself up for the switch. I took my vehicle in to get this problem fixed and was immediately met by an individual who made it very clear to me that he had much better things to do but could not partake until his last appointment of the day (ME) was gone. Not a great start. He began to ask me about adding services to my visit. I politely declined stating I was here to have them fix the problem they created. I didn't want to leave there without giving them something for me to pay for. I have a broken part I was willing to buy from them (I had done my homework this time and knew what it was worth). I was instantly denied as they did not have the time. Odd as they had plenty of time to do service work I declined. However, the real problems started when I was informed that there would be a charge for fixing their problem. The bait and switch hard at work in cochrane. They called me. I explained my problem. They booked me in and tried to screw me again. Either I have a huge target on my back or that is the fundamental business practice at that dealership. Do yourself a favor: shop and service your vehicle anywhere but there. I am sure I am not the only one who works hard for their money. If you want to have more of it left, DO NOT GO THERE. More
