Horrible experience I seen this dealership had some amazing deals and contacted them. I talked to a young guy, we agreed on a price and he wasn't prepared to honor it whe I seen this dealership had some amazing deals and contacted them. Gave him a visa number to put 5000.00 as down payment just for him to come back to me after saying "Done deal" and tell me the truck had sold prior to his knolage a day before. He then offered me a truck similar to with an msrp of 49.00$ less but wanted 1000.00 more when questioned about this he sent the msrp for the truck witch was a couple thousand less then what they had on there site. (Make you think it's a better deal). They where not willing to make the situation right or provide me with the owners contact info so I could ask him if he could make this right. By far the worst people on the earth. More

After Sales Concern On Feb 10, 17 I called to resolve an issue related to the Protection Package I purchased with the 2015 Dodge Caravan I bought on Dec 12, 16. Please se On Feb 10, 17 I called to resolve an issue related to the Protection Package I purchased with the 2015 Dodge Caravan I bought on Dec 12, 16. Please see my review dated Dec 17, 16. I contacted the Sales Representative I purchased the vehicle through, Joe Cameron. He provided me the name of the person to contact and then left a message with them to call me back. After 3 days I had not heard from them and called and spoke to them and reported my problem. After 3 months the issue was not resolved and I finally lost my patience with the lack of response, follow through and failed promises from the individual. On May 24, 17 as a final straw, I did something I should of done a lot sooner, I contacted Joe Cameron back and updated him on the issue. Joe took my concerns to his manager and immediately called me back. He reported how upset his manager was about response I was given and that is was completely unexceptionable and would be addressed. As far as my original issue, Joe offered to monitor the progress and keep me informed. 2 days later Joe called me back to confirm that it was resolved to my satisfaction and that there were no other issues. I want to thank Joe Cameron and his manager for their fast response and while I may never know, I am confident they were concerned enough to insure the same thing would not happen to any of there other clients. I have 48 years of customer service experience and know problems occur, even with the best of intentions. But its how they are handle that prove the service. I could of saved myself a great deal of frustration by going to the person I trusted to help me make my purchase in the first place. Thanks Joe More
