Wow.. You are still in business! Let's start at the beginning.. 1) Bought a Jeep SRT.. Promised a trip to Vegas in writing and it was signed by both parties... Never delivered. 2) Let's start at the beginning.. 1) Bought a Jeep SRT.. Promised a trip to Vegas in writing and it was signed by both parties... Never delivered. 2) wouldn't tell me the full value of the invoice until the day I picked it up 3) have gone through tire sensor mods like they are candy 4) have the death wobble and they don't want to fix it.. Claim there is nothing wrong.. That is it the SRT.. Haha.. Guess they don't know how to do research. 5) sold the vehicle with the wrong tires.. Took months to get them replaces 6) keep work orders open, incorrect mileage on work orders, not the proper diagnosis written, lack of records, dealership sent vehicle to local tire place for road force balance, made me pay for something they should have the equipment for.. Oh and lost the paper work, didn't sent it to head office like they were suppose to. 7. Took winter tires out of storage.. Didn't credit back money 8. Jeff doesn't know anything except.. Need to call the tech line... 9. Didn't give rental car in lieu when they have the SRT for days 10. Burned all the fuel didn't fill the tank 11. Sell a vehicle equal to the big players.. Have no idea how to behave like them.. My old car was washed every time it was in shop.. Which was almost never! There is more.. Take your business elsewhere!!! Save yourself the headache. More
Over-promise and under-deliver That should be their slogan. I bought a Ram 1500 from the used lot and I though it would be a pretty simple process. My first contact with the deale That should be their slogan. I bought a Ram 1500 from the used lot and I though it would be a pretty simple process. My first contact with the dealership was at 10:00 AM and we had an agreement by 1:00 PM the same day. We negotiated some pretty simple things, a front end alignment (due to a pull to one side), a new windshield and an interior detailing. This was all supposed to be done within 48 hours but it took four days and when I showed up to take delivery, the windshield hadn't been replaced and the salesman was going over the interior with a bottle of windex and a roll of paper towel. Really? Delivery to three hours because they had to call their glass guy to do a rush replacement. Additionally, when I met with the finance manager to finalize the purchase agreement they had magically added another $1500 in random fees that were not part of the WRITTEN agreement I had with the sales manager. It took me an hour to have those removed but I'm guessing some people just pay. Classic old school dealership unprofessional dishonesty. Their loss though as in the end I got the vehicle at the originally negotiated price (all in) and they have lost out on two other brand new Chrysler product purchases made by my family since this mess. U connect Software issue, Dodge Charger 2011. I had downloaded a new software update for my vehicle's Uconnect system. My vehicle is a 2011 Dodge Charger Sxt. After following the instructions from I had downloaded a new software update for my vehicle's Uconnect system. My vehicle is a 2011 Dodge Charger Sxt. After following the instructions from the Chrysler Uconnect website my update failed and displayed a software missing message on my screen. I contacted Chrysler Canada customer service, who asked me to bring the vehicle in to my dealer to have it looked at, as this was not something they had experienced before. I was told that the vehicle is not under warranty any more and that I would have to pay for parts and labour to have it fixed. after my dealers initial appointment I contacted Chrysler customer service again and as they had initially mentioned that if the dealer's diagnostic comes back confirmed, that it was the update that killed my Uconnect touch screen, then they would definitely look after me. When I phoned them back they mentioned that the request has to be approved higher up and the repair cost is high. From that point on Jeff Ulmer from Cochrane Dodge helped me in my scenario and got my service request approved. Chrysler Canada and Cochrane dodge helped me restore my issue. I am very proud of my dealership. Great Job! will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Coming from a guy who works in a banking and service, they really stood by their customer and made sure that the customer was looked after. More
The final price did not match what we were promised. Update: Since writing the following review, I wrote a letter to the dealership and they immediately called me and offered to pay the full amount that Update: Since writing the following review, I wrote a letter to the dealership and they immediately called me and offered to pay the full amount that we were disputing! Now I can definitely recommend them, they came through and made sure that we had a positive experience! We were told by our sales person, Rudy that we could add $7/month to get a rustproof undercoating and fabric protection. $7/month for 72 months, would equal $504. On our final bill, they charged us $1999. When we questioned it, Rudy told us that he had miscalculated. They gave us $200 back, but that means that we were still charged $1799 for something that he told us would be $504. They had already done it, and would not give us our money back. We asked Rudy if he would honour what he had promised us and he said "I can't". We ended up paying almost $1300 extra for something that we would never have gotten if we had known the real price. Unfortunately, we just can't do business again with someone who can't honour the deal that they made. More

They were able to pinpoint the problems regarding my complaints of vibration and performance of the drivability of my truck. Quickly they were able to provide a solution and had parts brought in to repair the problem components. You can deal here for both sales and service with confidence. I originally purchased this truck at this Dealer also. Well done team Cochrane Dodge More

When purchasi Let me start by saying these guys have a fantastic sales team. They have every available course in commications, sales and making money. When purchasing a new vehicle, these guys have the experience down. Very friendly and knowledgable, and they know how to make you love what you are buying. They are good at dealing to make you think you are getting the best deal possible, and you will be happy about your new ride walking out the door after purchase. Very pleasant experience, as it should be considering most vehicles they sell from this dealer are trucks from 50-80 thousand dollars. Now on to service... In a word? Terrible. I had 4 very minor issues with a ram diesel that needed to be addressed under warranty. These were all very small things that could be fixed at home with little effort, however I feel after spending 70k on a truck, their service dept can deal with them. After scheduling an appointment well in advance, my truck sat in the dealer for 9 hours. I finally went to pick it up as I needed it to get to work and none of the issues had been addressed. They had terrible excuses for each item and did everything they could to avoid fixing simple warranty items. I will be booking my vehicle back in another day to take up another 9 hours of their time on a day off when I don't need it. For 70 thousand dollars you can fix a warranty item without questions asked. It's disappointing where the service industry has come the past few years. What service? More
