We dealt with the Sales Manager, Michael Heddema, who helped us get the color we wanted and THE PRICE WAS AWESOME!!! We saved $2300 off the EXACT SAME model that we were quoted at a Calgary dealership an hour before we went to Cochrane. Mike helped us get our financing at the best rate and shopped our business around. He seriously made the entire experience awesome. And he spoke to us both during the entire process, not just my bf. Honestly I have been to this dealership before but I have never been treated better. Marilyn went above and beyond my expectations. Also being a woman she treated me with respect.... Service Department So after multiple trips to dealerships in other places and having them not listen, I pulled in to Cochrane Dodge with a bent rim because my tires had So after multiple trips to dealerships in other places and having them not listen, I pulled in to Cochrane Dodge with a bent rim because my tires had not been replaced properly. They replaced the rims and lug nuts same day with no problems, as well as the other broken piece. Four previous dealers! I don't know how many times I had to tell the other places there was something wrong with the front end of my vehicle. Have also started to get all my oil changes done in the quick lube as it is quick and convenient when traveling through for work. More

We were told the price of the vehicle which was online, negotiated which was like pulling teeth, and 2 days later the vehicle was advertised for lower price on their website. As we both have warranty through Cochrane Dodge we have both had to bring our vehicles there reluctantly. Let me tell you about horrible customer service from the service department... both women who answer the phones are rude and extremely unpleasant! They both need a lesson in customer service and how to answer phones, come on Cochrane Dodge, train your employees to have respect for the customers!! This is a small town, word gets round!! More
