They said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my front end! needless to say this is the last business I'll be doing with Dodge! Jaw dropping experience! More

Dean Yawney (salesman) was very easy to deal with and managed to not only work things around to make the deal happen but also find us a perfect vehicle which was even better than we were expecting. Joanne Gao was also very helpful from the financing portion of the deal and getting the vehicle registered and getting us up to speed on all the paperwork (including explaining the warranty etc). They sold me a Mopar battery with a 3 year warranty 29 months ago. That battery now is bad and needs replacing. When I went there they said the battery warrantee was good for 28 months and that I missed t months ago. That battery now is bad and needs replacing. When I went there they said the battery warrantee was good for 28 months and that I missed the warrantee by one month. Mopar website says all batteries have a 3 year warrantee. They treated me like I had a Covid. Don't go there for service. More

Small actions, like friendliness, pulling the vehicle up as you do for everyone else instead of just handing over fobs, showing off the vehicle that they just paid dearly for, maybe handing them one of your famous “test drive” apple pies, or just making a paying customer feel like their business is valuable and your grateful they chose you and not your competition, pays much better than that giddy feeling you got telling everyone how you showed him. Now, you got 2 stars instead of 1, and you would have got more if everyone treated customers like Tanner. He did the job as expected, treated the paying customer with the respect deserved, and will be remembered for “how he made us feel” More
