Typical dealership once they get your money, your nothing to them. I even put a call into the GM he said he would call me back once he got to the bottom of it. Update, ( I did get a call back from them during my work hours, they also texted me but again during my work hours. I did not get these till after they were closed. No follow up call. Guess thats on me to call them back for their mistake. Talked to the GM and he makes it sound like all I want is something for free, No, don't want anything from you as I will never recommend or deal with you again). Am I surprised? Nope! Thats how service is now a days. Makes me wonder if the out of province inspection was really done or just paper work filled out to make it look like it was done. We have bought 2 brand new dodge trucks from Cochrane Dodge. My Dodge 1500 has air-suspension and I had trouble with it a few years ago, freezing up. Cochrane Dodge repaired it and said I would likely Dodge. My Dodge 1500 has air-suspension and I had trouble with it a few years ago, freezing up. Cochrane Dodge repaired it and said I would likely never have an issue again. It happened again during the last cold snap. My truck was immobilized. We contacted Cody and he said they hadn’t really had many problems with them, but for $3400.00 they could install a conversion kit that removes the air suspension. Upon further investigation, we found that this is a known issue and there is a class-action lawsuit because of this design flaw. It’s sad knowing that they do not stand by the products they sell and will outright lie about it. Shame on Cochrane Dodge! More

Ram 3500 taken in for heater repair 4 times. First time they charged a lot for core flush and said fixed, 2nd time they said we “think” may be evaporator, charged $2k+, didn’t work. 3rd time they gave me a they charged a lot for core flush and said fixed, 2nd time they said we “think” may be evaporator, charged $2k+, didn’t work. 3rd time they gave me a grill cover, I said never needed one before!! 4th time they said core shot….$1.8k. So what was real problem? All I can say is their service department has no clue. Only kept going back to have previous work recognized. Not recognized a lot. On last visit I had no appointment, 2 weeks by the time they say they may repair…the quote was “you never had an appointment for 4th repair so we are fitting you in the best we can! Don’t count on this dealership for service! More
