Truck was not serviced prior to delivery. I bought a used Ram 3500 pickup which was advertised three weeks before it was available to purchase. Finally, when it was pronounced ready to go, I I bought a used Ram 3500 pickup which was advertised three weeks before it was available to purchase. Finally, when it was pronounced ready to go, I purchased it. The oil looked as if it had been changed, leaving a dirty filter because it appeared clean with streaks of dirty oil mixed. At home I checked the air filter and fuel filter. Both were in terrible shape. I assume that neither filter had ever been changed since the truck was new--50,000 kms. I bought this truck from a dealership with a good reputation. The lack of concern for providing me with a well-serviced product can be found at any used car lot on Kingsway. This is not how Mr. Carter earned the reputation of this dealership. On a positive note, the salesman provided good service and responded to calls promptly and I am happy with the deal we made. More

Especially we would like to thank Mary-Ann who welcomed us in a very professional and friendly manner. If there is one thing I cannot stand, then it's a pushy salesperson. That would make me want to leave a store immediately; however, dealing with Mary-Ann was a great experience because she was kind and knowledgeable. But also the other people we talked to at the dealership were very nice and helpful. And that is what I call excellent customer service. So if anyone is looking to buy a new car, I can really recommend this dealership. More
