Awesome experience at Carter GM North Van! We purchased our previous vehicle at Carter Burnaby. I had not planned on purchasing the Truck I went to North Van to look at, but after dealing with We purchased our previous vehicle at Carter Burnaby. I had not planned on purchasing the Truck I went to North Van to look at, but after dealing with our salesman Laurence, I was swayed to buy it there. He showed us everything about the truck we could ever want to know about. The young guy at the Burnaby location had no idea what he was selling. And the atmosphere, showroom and offices in North Van are so much more open and enviting. No hallways and hidden offices. The Boss, Yuri, was right there in plain sight and available anytime we needed him. Heather in finance was extremely friendly and helpful, and knew everthing as well. None of this waiting for answers from rookies!! Sure glad we went there. Such a pleasure to deal with the whole crew!! More

Initially I was told that they expected me to leave the car for th I recently brought in my 2015 Corvette for its second oil change and quick service. Initially I was told that they expected me to leave the car for the day and pick it up in the late afternoon. When I explained that I was assuming that it would only take a couple of hours and needed the car before that, they shuffled things around and got everything done in a little over two hours. I was very pleased with the service provided and even better it was free as part of their new car purchase package. I have had servicing done here since 2007 and have always been happy with the results. More
