I informed your service representative that the bottom-right corner of my car’s infotainment screen had started to turn yellow. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told that they had compared it wi bottom-right corner of my car’s infotainment screen had started to turn yellow. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told that they had compared it with another car of the same model and found no issue with the screen. They also suggested that the image only appeared that way when viewed from a certain angle. However, I have personally checked three other 2025 Suburban and Tahoe models, and none of them have this issue. Their infotainment screens appear noticeably brighter and more uniform than the screen in my vehicle. To avoid creating an argument, I chose to leave without saying anything further. However, I would like to ask this: if a customer brings in a brand-new vehicle that is still under warranty and reports a concern with the screen, is dismissing the issue without properly addressing it really the right way to handle the situation? This is not the first time I have experienced this. Previously, I brought the vehicle in due to inconsistent fluctuations in the climate control and heating system. Once again, I was told there was no issue, and I left without pushing the matter further, even though I knew something was not functioning properly. I have also checked and confirmed that other vehicles of the same model do not experience these A/C and heating issues. In fact, some owners of the 2025 Suburban have previously raised similar concerns directly with the manufacturer, and those issues were addressed and resolved. I would strongly recommend that your technicians at least research this matter and review the available information before dismissing a customer’s concern. I would like to remind you that you represent a large, globally recognized company. Many customers, including myself, purchase vehicles with confidence in the warranty and after-sales support provided. Factory-related issues should be taken seriously, and more importantly, customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. It is essential that concerns are assessed thoroughly by qualified technicians who understand the product, take pride in their work, and genuinely value their customers. Making the appointment for the service took like 4 tel attempts as the calls went to the proper section but nobody answered them.
