When me and my husband first arrived, we took a moment to look at some vehicles. A male passed by us, didn't say anything and continued on his way. We were still discussing vehicles for about 10 minutes and the same male came up to us and asked us if he could help us. This was what made me feel comfortable. It wasn't "hey, that's a nice car" or "what is your budget", but an offer to help. It was a complete turn around from what I'm used to with car salesmen. Jason was patient, and took the time to answer all our questions. Financing with Shannon Grekul was great. She was friendly and happy to help. The only reason I am only giving this review 4 out of 5 is because after my husband had signed the purchase papers, I went there after I finished work to sign them and take the car with me. Charissa basically met me at the reception desk, and pointed out where I should sign the papers and said "sign here" over and over again. I was taking a moment to review the paperwork, and she snapped at me how the paperwork was for the sale of the car. Yes. I am aware of what I was signing, but is it not my right to review the paperwork before I sign? This was the only negative aspect of my purchase. The salespeople at Capital are wonderful. They take the time to listen to you and actually assist you in your purchase, not just "make a sale" Thank you Jason! I'm LOVING my Jeep!! More
Brutal Took the day off to bring my vehicle in to get some bushings changed. Picked it up at 5 and they didn't change the bushings and they charged me $100 to tell me the bushings needed to be replaced? Like xxx?? And then they charged me $100 to clear a light off my dash that came on the next morning and later found out it was a problem with my transfer case and was getting worse. A lady called me the next day to ask how my service was and I told her I paid $200 for absolutely nothing and she said she was talk to the manager and call me back and of course I never heard back from them. What a brutal way to do business and my family will drive the extra bit to derrick dodge where they seem to respect us for the business we give them. Stay away from capital dodge. More

Called his salesperson Brett and/Manager Sean to trade up and newer and they wouldn't even return his calls (so quick to take the deal but scared to lose it). No respect for the customer to ensure they are happy with their purchase! This place symbolizes everything bad you hear about dealerships! More

My son drove the car home and I asked were the keys were he only had one the salesman only gave him one . Tried calling to get other set of keys ,was told in a month from now when my extended warranty kicks in can I apply for another set of keys from then it will take a month for me to get my other key .and got the cold shoulder about my Bluetooth problem . In a month I can get it fixed was the reply . After countless calls and no call backs .once car is bought ur on your own . I will not buy there again More

They said the VIN on the contract matched the VIN on the van. Even though this van had none of the accessories I had been told it had, this was the vehicle I purchased. My only option was to trade it in for a vehicle with the options I had been shown. Then I was told that it was considered a "used car" so I wouldn't get my money back. Absolutely no help from anyone at the dealership. Rude, dishonest and mean. More

Please keep in mind that the definition of "fully loaded" means "equipped with all options and accessories" and the sales agreement was signed accordingly. Upon receiving the vehicle and taking it home it became fairly obvious that the "fully loaded" agreement had not been meet. After contacting Capital Jeep about this via phone and email, all concerns have been ignored. 100% ignored. Even a follow up email from Josh regarding my satisfaction with the service and vehicle and my reply back has been ignored. What was promised versus what was delivered has not been completed. I like the vehicle that I received, but it is not what I agreed to pay for. More

I'm not a car wizard, but I do drive standard and maintaining it can be financially mind blowing at times. Clint is quite possibly the most awesome person on the face of the planet. I went to him with a few problems and he helped me out big time. He explained everything to me in detail, spoke to me with knowledge and experience and did everything he could to help me out financially. He deserves a personal gold star. Basem, Clint and the techs working on my car did an amazing job. I took my car in last night a trainwreck and today she runs like the first day I got her (and my windows don't squeal)!! They fixed my clutch, windows, my recall, and honestly a bunch of other things. I think the next time I go in for an oil change I owe some people some coffee. All of the lube tech guys always pull through, great oil changes and customer service every time I'm in there for maintenence. More

I ended up putting a small deposit down to hold it so I could decide whether I wanted to buy it or not. I came in when I had made my decision and was sold on a new 2016 Chrysler 200S AWD. I ended up buying it same day when I was promised a good deal on my trade in and 1.99% financing. - few days later I received a call from Carissa saying that I could no longer get the 1.99% financing because the manager made a reading mistake and it was going to cost me $50-$60 extra biweekly because of it. Never once did I receive an apology from James. Luckily Carissa did her magic and I only had to pay an extra $6 biweekly. I then tried to get my deposit back that was holding the 2015 Chrysler I didn't end up buying back and got a snippy response saying it was now tied into the new car and I couldn't get it back until my financing goes through (which was now put through a week later than it should have been). I was told this Monday or Tuesday for sure it would be put through. Today I received a call today from Carissa saying she could do the refund. To top it all off, a new car should be cleaned and detailed. There was sparkles in my back seat, a waxy substance that I literally had to scrub off with spray nine all over all the windows and the back window was covered in filth on the inside. I will never buy from these guys again. Nothing but a major hassle and poor service. More
