Appreciated Alex arranging for us to have a long "test drive" (since we had to leave quickly to pick up our daughter from work, he just arranged for us to take the vehicle to do that). It was a great chance to really test the vehicle out! Finance was also straightforward, without trying to sell us a bunch of extra things we didn't need or want. We also appreciate the "actual price" approach Capital has, as we aren't really into haggling and negotiating and wasting half a day while salespeople go "check with their boss" on price reductions. Purchasing a used vehicle I would not recommend this place at all!! I hope everybody will read this before going. Here's why. I found a truck there that I was interested in. I would not recommend this place at all!! I hope everybody will read this before going. Here's why. I found a truck there that I was interested in. After throwing around numbers, we agreed on a price. I had the down payment in, the bill of sale was signed but I got called out to work out of town for two weeks. So I was unable to get insurance but they assured me it would be waxed and ready for me when I get back. The day before I got back I received a call from the dealership saying they sold my truck to someone else because the paperwork was never filed in the computer system properly. The manager apologized and said it was completely their fault and that he was willing to sell me a truck at cost. When I made it to the dealership, the following 4 hours were the most stressful 4 hours I've ever spent. The manager was bringing out trucks that were older and had more kilometers than the one I had originally bought. When they finally brought out a truck that matched the specs, the manager was asking for a ridiculous price and would not budge down. Claiming the cost was that high. I demanded my down payment back and after another hour I received every penny back and took my business elsewhere. I really hope people read this and think twice before going to this dealership. More
