I have known Sean for years, so when my friend needed a vehicle I brought him here first. He asked Greg to look after the sales portion, and since I've known Greg just as long, that was fine with me. He realized that we were within a budget and worked to keep it there. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to make a Charger (especially one that wasn't optionless) work within John's budget. Even when there were a couple of minor snags with the financing (as in forms were missed, etc.) they went out of their way to make sure that John felt important, to the fact that a week later he still has a dealer plate on the vehicle so he wasn't held up by the bank. Alex, the finance girl afterward, definitely demonstrated to me a lack of client service, which is something I expressed verbally. Overall, very pleasant experience. I'd definitely recommend them. Awesome! This is the 3rd time we have dealt with Capital and Kurt. As long as I am able I will continue to deal with Kurt. I stopped into the Quick Lube station to get my oil changed and to see if they could change out my left rear signal light as it had burnt out. All 4 of the young men who helped with my service were ve changed and to see if they could change out my left rear signal light as it had burnt out. All 4 of the young men who helped with my service were very friendly and helpful. They got the work done quickly and efficiently and changed out my light for me. I just had to go buy the bulb from parts (who were also very friendly and helpful) and then they installed it for me…at no charge! Then they noticed that I had a nail in my left rear tired and that it had a slow leak. They said that if I had time, they could repair it right then. It was great to get all my issues resolved so quickly and in such a friendly way. I always bring my vehicle to Capital for service and will continue to do so! Thank you to all…sorry I don't have their names! More
