Hi. Was told I was approved financing by Mr. Pang on the phone with 10000 down on a 2010 dodge ram diesel. I had previously had looked at the vehicle the week before and had put a deposit on the vehicle. So I drive 2 hrs into the dealership with a bank draft for 10000 dollars. The next thing I am told by this Mike guy is that I need 15000 dollars down. Nice to know after driving two hrs. Then he comes up with this scam that I need to get a trade, doesn't matter what its worth bring it to the dealership and I'll be approved. How is that supposed to work? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. That's when I walked out the door. At least I got my deposit back. He basically treated me like an Idiot. How is it that you think the issue is resolved? By your telephone call that still left me unhappy? By your ineffectual attempt to get me an additional key fob at cost? My expectations (and most people's, I would think) are two key fobs. The expectation is NOT that I should make sure two key fobs are included in writing in the deal. Next stop google+.
