Service issue Bought my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in March 2015 over the phone and facebook with salesman Zack Banks. My wife requested it have a hard top as she didn't Bought my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in March 2015 over the phone and facebook with salesman Zack Banks. My wife requested it have a hard top as she didn't feel safe with just a soft top. They installed a hard top and shipped the jeep out to me here in Calgary. Upon arrival I noticed the hard top was damaged in multiple places. They installed a used hard top on a new Jeep. I have been trying to get this fixed ever since. I have dealt with several people at Capital Jeep, half of them no longer work there. Now I can't get any one of them to return my phone calls or even pick up the phone when I call. UPDATE: Since the posting of this review they have contacted me and rectified the situation. I am pleased with the end result, however it did take a while to get things going. More

Patient and informative staff Lets be honest. Making large financial decisions are stressful no matter how excited you are about what you are purchasing. Sales staff are just one m Lets be honest. Making large financial decisions are stressful no matter how excited you are about what you are purchasing. Sales staff are just one more thing between you and your new vehicle. That's what makes finding sales people who take the time to show you your options and give you time to make these decisions all the more important. Chris Spurr and Alexandra Yun are such people. Just great to deal with! This is by no means my first time dealing with sales staff, but possibly the most easy going experience. Believe it or not I've been asked to leave a down payment on a vehicle I haven't seen or been told the final price on it with no other options being shown to me. It's experiences like that make me dread going to dealers, which is unfortunate when it doesn't need to be that way. More

I was called when selling a truck told we would get what we were asking plus $3000. towards a new vehicle to find out driving 5 hrs they were trying to get us to agree before all numbers where shown. They charged us $12,000. more for our trade in and were trying to sell us a vehicle that was 2015 for way too m much. Be smart be ware! Scammers.... More
