fleet service experience After bringing my service truck to a different dealer ship for majority of its service I got fed up with poor service and the lack of getting work and After bringing my service truck to a different dealer ship for majority of its service I got fed up with poor service and the lack of getting work and parts done in a timely matter. Our company requires our trucks to be on the road 24/7 and they are vital to our operations. Today I came in at 2 pm after leaving another dodge dealership where they wouldn't help me out in a pinch. Basem took every effort to understand my requests for the service I required and understood the timely matter of the situation as I needed to drive the truck north 10 hrs the following morning. The technician got the truck in right away and went over my issues and also noted out other issues that should be replaced. Basem had parts to fix what needed to be done and ordered parts to fix the remainder of the work when I will have my truck back in the city later on this week. The paper work was filled out efficiently and he dealt with our fleet service company with no issues. (Usually there is issues) at the other dealership when using a fleet management card. Overall the truck was ready to go 2 hours later so I could get on the road and head back to work. I've worked in the customer service industry for majority of my life and this was one of the best services I have dealt with. It was extremely efficient and easy going which most customers expect. Basem and the technician met and exceeded my expectations and I will be strongly recommending the remainder of our fleet trucks be serviced with him in the future. More

Need customer service training! I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and what a mistake on my part. I have not even had the chance to physically have my brand new vehicle in my I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and what a mistake on my part. I have not even had the chance to physically have my brand new vehicle in my possession for a consecutive 30 days because it is always in the service department due to what I believe to be negligence. My 3M protection has had to be replaced 3 times. First time it bubbled, was not aligned properly and was lifting. Second time, Kat, in the service department, told me that she inspected it herself and it is beautiful. Really, cause there was debris under the second application and rock chips and scratches on the front end. So, lets let them try and make it right! With a coworker's husband standing with me while inspecting the second attempt at the 3M application, I was told that they would fix the rock chips and buff the front end. Fair enough, fix it and I am happy. Nope, third application was put on over the rock chips in the paint. Try to get somewhere with the General Sales Manager, Jeremy Dally, and all of a sudden, they are not going to help me out. So, I request, through email, the name and email address of the General Manager of the dealership, to which i get told in a reply email from Jeremy Dally "I would be the highest manager in the store. If there is anything I can do for you let me know." So, next step, Josh Davis, Co Partner of the dealership. Forward the communications and get a call from his assistant Shawnee Anderson. Go over the log book of all interactions so far with the dealership. We go over all of the details of what NEEDS to be done and some compensation for all of the trouble that I have had to make this right. Get told that Charley, Josh's right hand man, will contact me to arrange a meeting to look at my car. Show up at the dealership on Saturday, July 22 and meet with Charley. I get told that he will get the rock chips in the paint fixed and reapply the 3M to the areas that need to come off in order to do that and that the dealership will have to cut me a cheque in order to get the window tinting done on the car as compensation for all my trouble. Tuesday, July 26 I get an email from Charley Charlton "What day of the week is going to work best for you? I have to order some touch up paint also. Does early in the week work or weekends?" I reply to his email today, Thursday, July 27 asking why the paint was not ordered after we met on Saturday and I was told that the chips in my paint will be repaired? I am quite firm, not rude or vulgar, firm in demanding that this be made right. I also cc that email to Josh Davis and Shawnee Anderson. Then I get a response email from Charley that says "Good afternoon Lana, Unfortunately at this point we feel any attempt to solve your concerns have gone and will continue to go no where. My previous email that went unanswered two days ago was a resolution to all of your concerns. We will no longer be moving forward with the previous resolution and would like to direct you to AMVIC and allow you to express your concerns to them. I will provide the contact info below. Any further communication will need to be directed through AMVIC. Thank you." I am provided that information and I will be following through with that, but I believe that this dealership has mistreated me, damaged my new vehicle and has lied to me over and over again. I think as a customer I have exercised due diligence in resolving these issues within the dealership and have gotten nowhere. I purchased the vehicle from this dealership on June 10, 2017 and it is now July 27, 2017 and still no reasonable accommodation has been made in my opinion. There are some other concerns that I have not touched on in this post, but have communicated to the dealership, that I guess now will have to be shared with AMVIC exposing their unethical and chauvinistic behavior. I believe that this dealership really does not care about their customers. This is unfortunate because I love Dodge, but will never go here again. More
