New purchase I went for an oil change originally. I ended up talking to Dhiraj Batra while I was waiting. I told him I was thinking of getting a new vehicle and he immediately started discussing various cars with me. I have had good experiences with my current Dodge Journey. To make a long story short, we worked everything out and I ended up purchasing a new 2017 Journey again. The vehicle had a bit of an air conditioning problem but was rectified in short order. I was told that I could have a loaner if there was any problem getting it done right away. Homan Rad made sure it was fixed before I left. Jen London in finance was easy to deal with and was very friendly. As a matter of fact everyone was courteous. I can't remember everyone I talked to, but they were all polite. It took a while to get the delivery done but I know crap happens. I don't hold that against anybody. All in all it was a great experience. Mike Carriere More

AMVIC I sent a complaint into AMVIC and Capital was only given a warning because apparently I was the only complaint to the situation. I find it hard to believe I am the only one that had extras put on their bill of sale after denying them. I have a video with the finance manager saying it is this companies policy to force these extras on their customers. I am asking anyone that has had these problems with this dealer to report it to AMVIC so they can be properly repromanded. They tried to scam me for additional warranties I origanally denied and if they do this with all their customers it would be millions of dollars annually of unlawful revenue. After 6 months of fighting for my money back, I took to social media. It was only then I was reimbursed. If people stay silent it only allows them to continue scamming hard working people trying to get by. The reimbursement was less then it cost me and a pathetic apology. They have zero customer service after the vehicle is sold. Please proceed with caution if you are planning on purchasing a vehicle here. And if you’ve already purchased a vehicle with issues please take the time to report them to AMVIC to protect the next person. More
