After a couple of visits I decided to trade my truck for on 2016 Cherokee Trailhawk edition. This was my ninth new vehicle purchase and one of the best experiences so far. I dealt with Joe Salerno and James Evans as my product advisors. Both were approachable, honest, very knowledgable and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. They genuinely wanted me to be happy and at no time did I feel pressured to purchase. I dealt with Pankaj Seth for the completion of the purchase. There were some initial miscommunication but with Pankaj's approachable nature they were quickly resolved. I would happily recommend this dealership for both sales and service! More

I arranged to have things changed on my vehicle before it was shipped out of province. (Gave them a solid week to do the work) and not one thing was done and the truck had to be shipped out. When I contacted them to fix it they ignored me and when I was able to make it back to the store they told me they didn't care and it wasn't their problem. Flash down the road a couple months later and I need some warranty work done. (I paid roughly 2 grand for extended warranty on a second hand vehicle to be valid at any Chrysler) to just find out the warranty I have paid for doesn't exist. This place has wasted my time and seriously screwed me over. I will NEVER recommend anymore purchase from here. They're only interested in taking your money. More

I bought a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee last year and since then I have done nothing but regret my decision to buy from capital. Everything from the unprofessional sales guy, who by the looks of it no longer works there, to having to buy a new set of tires less than a year after purchasing the jeep due to safety. Pretty frustrated to find out throughout the year that "recommended" service that should have been done at certain kms before my purchase weren't done. The interior of the car was only cleaned superficially upon pick up, I remember finding dried on liquids in the backseat cup holders and the back seat. All in all I felt taken advantage of days after I picked up my jeep and would never buy a car or recommend anyone buying a car from here again. As a first time car buyer, this dealership was everything I was afraid of when buying a new car. More
Thanks Capital I took my Dodge Ram 1500 that I bought from capital to the service center to have them install some aftermarket led lights. The first time I brought I took my Dodge Ram 1500 that I bought from capital to the service center to have them install some aftermarket led lights. The first time I brought it in the installed the fog lights and regular beams and tail lights but could not install the high beams because they did not fit my aftermarket head light kit. All of the lights the installed so far worked perfectly. The second time I brought it back they installed the high beams but when I took the vehicle home I noticed one of the high beams did not work all the time and my day time running lights did not work all the time. I talked to the service center and we came to the conclusion that the light bulbs were faulty and I could book an appointment to get new ones installed under warranty. When I went back to get the new bulbs installed they worked for a bit and then didn’t work When I talked to capital’s service center they informed me that sometimes LED bulbs are not the best for high beams because they also are used for your day time running lights and the computer system sometimes gets screwed so your lights don’t work properly. Capital service offered me to bring my truck in free of charge to have their top electrical guy take a look at this problem. They also offered me a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. They told me if they can’t fix the problem they asked me if they could substitute the lights out for similar bulb that’s not LED but is brighter and would work with the vehicles computer system. Over all they took an unfortunate situation and did their best to resolve this problem Another thing I would like to add is Basem got me all my appointments on Saturday which capital usually doesn’t do for electrical work. He went out of his was to do this because I work out of town and use my truck for work. More
Very Poor Service and No Follow Up I brought my 2015 Cherokee in for an inspection a few months ago with no issues except for a VERY slight creak/rattle in my sunroof. I was surprised I brought my 2015 Cherokee in for an inspection a few months ago with no issues except for a VERY slight creak/rattle in my sunroof. I was surprised when I was told a new sunroof seal was required, but happy it was covered by warranty. When I got my vehicle back, it took about 2 seconds of driving to realize the problem was now WAY worse. When I called my Service Advisor Shawn and told him it was worse his response was "Of course it is" and no other answers. My only recourse was to take another day off of work and hope they could fix it. The Service Manager Clint couldn't be bothered to take my calls or respond to voice mails. My paperwork clearly states "Creak is no longer present" and "All surfaces cleaned" despite my odometer reading being the same going in as going out (so no test drive to confirm) and the blobs of grease and fingerprints on the outside of my vehicle and sunroof. Stay away from these guys, they seem more interested in billing Dodge/Fiat for warranty "repairs" than actually listening to and addressing their customers concerns. More

When me and my husband first arrived, we took a moment to look at some vehicles. A male passed by us, didn't say anything and continued on his way. We were still discussing vehicles for about 10 minutes and the same male came up to us and asked us if he could help us. This was what made me feel comfortable. It wasn't "hey, that's a nice car" or "what is your budget", but an offer to help. It was a complete turn around from what I'm used to with car salesmen. Jason was patient, and took the time to answer all our questions. Financing with Shannon Grekul was great. She was friendly and happy to help. The only reason I am only giving this review 4 out of 5 is because after my husband had signed the purchase papers, I went there after I finished work to sign them and take the car with me. Charissa basically met me at the reception desk, and pointed out where I should sign the papers and said "sign here" over and over again. I was taking a moment to review the paperwork, and she snapped at me how the paperwork was for the sale of the car. Yes. I am aware of what I was signing, but is it not my right to review the paperwork before I sign? This was the only negative aspect of my purchase. The salespeople at Capital are wonderful. They take the time to listen to you and actually assist you in your purchase, not just "make a sale" Thank you Jason! I'm LOVING my Jeep!! More

Picked it up at 5 and they didn't change the bushings and they charged me $100 to tell me the bushings needed to be replaced? Like xxx?? And then they charged me $100 to clear a light off my dash that came on the next morning and later found out it was a problem with my transfer case and was getting worse. A lady called me the next day to ask how my service was and I told her I paid $200 for absolutely nothing and she said she was talk to the manager and call me back and of course I never heard back from them. What a brutal way to do business and my family will drive the extra bit to derrick dodge where they seem to respect us for the business we give them. Stay away from capital dodge. More
