I guess the only way to get any service or response from the dealership is to write a review. As requested by Jimmy Rogers, I took my vehicle that I purchased less than a month ago, to the Dodge dealership in my town. They noted over $2500 in problems, one of them being a broken driver's seat (it is illegal to sell a vehicle with a broken driver's seat). I emailed Jimmy over 5 hours ago and called numerous times. I have yet to hear back from him. Jimmy, you need to call me immediately in regards to this matter. TERRIBLE experience dealing with Capital Dodge.
