They got me into my new ram 3500 and even kept in touch with details and financial situations while I was on vacation. These guys will work hard for your business. They even managed to get me a dealer promise of added parts with an all included price that I was comfortable with. Joe even went out of his way to make sure all fluids were topped up and the truck was detailed for pickup the next day. I would recommend these guys to anyone who walks through Capital's doors. More

Won't be back I bought a new 2016 RAM about six months ago. At the time of purchase, I was told that I already had my first service appointment scheduled for Februa I bought a new 2016 RAM about six months ago. At the time of purchase, I was told that I already had my first service appointment scheduled for February. I found out that this was not the case. When I received a call from Capital a few weeks ago. Which I thought was strange but, didn't let it get to me. Then I show up for my first oil change, on my still new truck. The service guy was up selling me left and right. Some of the stuff I had never heard of before. Also important to know, is that my trade in I had bought new as well, from a different dealership. That I had an extensive history with and had never recommended me anything that was unnecessary. However, I feel that it is quite the opposite at Capital. Over the course of 20 minutes my bill for a simple oil change, could have potentially quadrupled, if not more. Then I was handed a booklet with the "recommended" service for my truck. The thing is that I just spent over 35,000 on a new truck, so that I wouldn't have to worry about these expenses. Either Dodge doesn't make a durable vehicle or they just want their customers to keep throwing money at their vehicles. This was my first visit to Capital Chrysler, for service, and within 20 minutes. They lost my trust in that small amount of time. Needless to say, I won't be back any time soon. More

Worst Experience ever! Im writing this review on behalf of my parents who bought a car from this place. At first everything seemed fine, the salesman was nice . When talking to the finance manager, he was extremely pushy into signing the bill of sale, didn't even go in order in signing the contract( he no longer works there now we were told) The sale manager told my parents that the car was coming from Calgary, never said how the car was getting transported. After week and a half of complete silence from the dealership, we decided to call and get updated on the car. The salesman said it had arrived and it was getting the extras we purchased put on that we paid for and was also getting a new windshield. When asked how the car got here, it was driven. Completely stunned that this information was never disclosed to us. Now our brand new car has 394km on it even before we even sat in it, when we told the salesmen that we were very upset that he never told us this information, his response was that its common practice! Well we didn't know this and if you're not in the automotive industry this is not common knowledge. If we were informed of the method they were going to have the car brought here, we would have gladly paid for it to be brought by a truck. Finally after all of this we went to pick up our car, we were informed by the sales manager that it was the salesman day off and that he has contacted him and he is on his way with the keys, we waited over an hour, the sales manager didn't update us on what was happening he would just walk by us. After an hour we said we are going to leave as no one is telling us how much longer it would be. We asked to be called when the salesman arrives and we will come back. After 3 hours of not hearing back we called, it took 45 mins for the sales manager to call us back, and at this point he hasn't heard anything from the salesman and he hasn't shown up yet! How unprofessional! The sales manager said we would pick up the car on Sunday 11am which we did. The salesman gave us the key and when we asked if he would go through the car with us as we wanted to make sure all the extras we paid for were done. He went into the back area, we had no idea what was going on, we saw our salesman walking back and forth, still no idea what was happening. Once he finally came back we asked him what was going on and he jus told us to just leave. So we went outside and the salesman and sales manager followed us out and told us the salesman would go through the car with us, but it was too late we had had enough and we just wanted to leave. I emailed the owner, and the general sales manager emailed me back about setting up a meeting to discuss this problem. I emailed him back and 4 days later I haven't heard anything back!! After leaving countless messages, we were ignored, no one tried to help us resolve this issue. The type of customer service was appalling. Nothing was resolved, very displeased with the lack of professionalism we were treated with. And now we are stuck with a car we don’t want that will only remind us of the terrible experience we had at this dealership. More

Absolutely the most untrusted sales man EVER!!! I Purchased a vehicle from this sales man and quickly became aware of how sneaky and underhanded his false promises were. During the negotiations we agreed on him "throwing in at thier exspense" an add on. This add on was to be installed on a scheduled date. Needless to say "throwing in at thier expense" turned out to really be just hidden in my financing. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and was completely taken advantage of. My add on was ultimately never installed even with TWO service appointments booked. Nothing but excuses and false promises. I honestly hope this review will deter other future purchasers such as myself to steer far clear from this Dealership, salesman and Used car manager. More

I purchased a used vehicle from them and it has been nothing but a headache. I couldn't register and insure my vehicle for over a week because of their error. I have emailed multiple people at the dealership in regards to problems that have arose in the vehicle. All the back speakers are blown, the display for the radio/satellite isn't working ( goes completely black) and the driver's seat is broken. I have yet to hear back from anyone at this dealership about these problems. It has been over 3 weeks that I have been emailing them. STAY AWAY, once you drive off the lot with the vehicle, they will ignore you and not fix anything. More
