3 New Vehicles for Randy Over the past two and a half months my wife and I have bought three new vehicles from Capital Chrysler Jeep. One Jeep Wrangler 2 door, one Jeep Wrangl Over the past two and a half months my wife and I have bought three new vehicles from Capital Chrysler Jeep. One Jeep Wrangler 2 door, one Jeep Wrangler 4 door and one Ram 1500 Sport. We dealt with Zach Banks for all three purchases. We found him to be very friendly and open to deal with and he seemed to go out of his way to make sure all our questions and issues were answered and dealt with efficiently (even after the contracts were signed). I would not hesitate to contact Zach should I find myself looking for another vehicle. More

It was a hassle right from the credit application all the way to delivery of the vehicle. I started noticing imperfections with the vehicle after it was too late from cigarette burns to a different colour front bumper. I got hosed on the purchase of the vehicle, it didn't even include a FREE first time oil change with my $20,000 purchase. They were giving away prizes in a secret room, tried to say that the knock off Dr. Dre Beats headphones were real. I will definitely not be returning to this dealership for any purchase or service. Was looking to buy something new New truck owner... I dont live in Edmonton but the dealership here in GP are bad I had a hard time getting service and one place I waited 1.5hr then w New truck owner... I dont live in Edmonton but the dealership here in GP are bad I had a hard time getting service and one place I waited 1.5hr then walked out... my brother got a new truck in GP it was like a show model they over charged im 5000$ more then what was said and charged him to fill it up about 130$..... I went to Edmonton and got a lower interest rate then him and didn't pay to have it filled up... so far it was worth it More

Painfull First started to look at jeep trail hawks and got set up with Todd Melonchuck , Looked vehicles over in magazine because there wasn't any on lot.Decid First started to look at jeep trail hawks and got set up with Todd Melonchuck , Looked vehicles over in magazine because there wasn't any on lot.Decided to get one and put $1000.00 deposit on it because it was still enroute.We were told a delivery date of the 17th of the month,so went ahead and sold our original car privately for $4000.00 more than what capitol offered us.After the 18th of the month and not hearing back from Todd,we phoned the dealer ship(Todd wasn't in)talked to another salesmen and was told the new jeep was in Edmonton ,on a car hauler and just had to be unloaded and they will call us the next day to come pick it up.Two days later no phone calls,phoned the dealer ship(Todd wasn't in)talked to another salesmen and was told yes your car is still on a rail car and will be here in a couple days(how does it get from a car hauler already in Edmonton to a railcar still enroute?)Gave them until the 21,and still no phone calls,so went down to South town dodge and talked with very friendly staff and were able to look and test drive a trail hawk ,and purchased the vehicle on the spot.Then went down to Capitol jeep to get our $1000.00 deposit back,and were told from yet a different sales person (Todd still wasn't around or answering phone calls)that we wouldn't be able to.So after that phoned the manager at capital and told him the entire painful story as you have read yourself ,and told us there would be no problem in getting our deposit back. Will never deal with them again and i am going out of my way to advertise for them,they are not worthy of the things they say such as service,friendly and knowledgable sales people. More
