Good morning Rayn Unfortunately we answer to the same corporation as Leduc Chrysler. When you went to Leduc and they said that your warranty expired, coming to Capital doesn't change that. Hey Geoff Haw, The same response I've been getting from everyone, "sorry for your luck". I guess better luck the next time I pay $40k for a vehicle right? I was hoping Dodge would stand by their product instead of just taking my money. The service manager was all for giving me a "goodwill warranty" on their xxxxty product until he noticed I wasn't getting all my warranty work done with him. Good to know it's corporation wide and not just this dealership I suppose, that way I know I'll never buy another Dodge.

Good Morning, I understand your frustrations but all Chrysler's programs change every month and sometimes every two weeks. With that being said the discount you were offered were programs that were in a previous month we cannot control when new ones come out or what the discounts will be in coming months. Also the particular Jeep you were looking at did sell and my manager did the largest discount he could on another Jeep Eco diesel, similar to the one you were looking at to help compensate you for the previous deal you missed out on. Good morning Wei I have been waiting to respond to you because my service manager, Clint Thompson, has been trying to reach you and has left you a few voice mails. I apologize for the way you felt when you left the dealership but I truly feel it was miscommunication that created this situation. I have tried to look into this the best I can with us unable to reach you and it appears that what you are experiencing is normal operation and should not be a concern. That being said, I believe that when your service advisor was trying to explain this that it could have been handled with more care and we could have explored more options at the time you dropping off your vehicle. I apologize for this and I have talked with the service advisor on how to handle situations similar to yours in the future. The other options that were not presented to you are still open if you are interested. Without waiting for your vehicle to go into the shop we could have our foreman come out and confirm that what you are experiencing is normal. The other option is to leave the vehicle with us as originally planned and a tech will look at it but from what was explained to me I believe the shop foreman route would be best. The reason for that is that it will not take up much of your time if indeed your concern is part of the normal operation of your vehicle. Once again I am sorry for the way you felt leaving the dealership. I see that you have serviced with us before. We do pride ourselves on customer service and I would welcome the opportunity to show you that this last visit was an error and not the norm when servicing with us. Please give my service manager, Clint Thompson, a call if you would like to bring your vehicle by again. He will be out of the office Thursday and Friday returning on Monday, April 24th.
