No Customer Loyalty I own a 2014 Dodge Journey that I bought brand new from Capital Dodge. I had traveled in from Leduc at the time to go specifically to Capital from a r I own a 2014 Dodge Journey that I bought brand new from Capital Dodge. I had traveled in from Leduc at the time to go specifically to Capital from a recommendation from a friend, but I had taken some of my oil changes to Leduc Chrysler because of convenience. Once we moved back to Edmonton, we continued to get warranty work done at Capital. I've brought in my vehicle a couple times now because of a failure of the Navigation system and have had the radio replaced at least once. Since February my warranty expired (x2 months before it failed yet again) so I contacted Capital. The Capital Dodge Service Manager "attempted" to get a "Goodwill Warranty" for me but an exchange of emails with his District Manager ended that. The District Manager reported that he had no record of me having any work done on the radio and because I wasn't getting all of my maintenance done through Capital, there was nothing he would do for me. I contacted Leduc Chrysler and she immediately found a record of the exact same issue happening to me a year after I purchased the vehicle (2015) and that the radio was replaced but they also refused me service because the radio only had a one year warranty. When I approached Capital Dodge of the issue I was only met with "sorry, you're out of luck". I am sorely disappointed in Capital Dodge (and Dodge period) for completely abandoning me one they weren't making any money off of me. To hold service work over my head like some sort of favor I owed them really shows the character of both the dealership and the company period. Because of this show of poor customer loyalty, I would not recommend going here for your purchase, service work or anything at all. There's plenty of other dealerships out there. More
To busy for me i guess?? Went in yesterday to start the process of looking for a vehicle for my daughter. (turning 16). We have narrowed down to Jeep Wrangler, Mazda 5, or Nissan Rouge. Jeep my first stop went in and asked if someone could help me. Guru was not interested from the start. Asked to be shown some of differences in models. Im not sure if Guru knows or understands the difference. Told me to go and take a picture of the model code and come back and he would give me a key. Still unsure of the differences i go and take a picture of 2016 model and come back to show room. Guru, ignores us and proceeds to make a phone call out. Only when a different sales person yells at him to "help his clients" does he acknowledge us. He does grab us a key, and again fails to tell me about the model or any features of the vehicle. I ask him if he wants my drivers license as i want to test drive this vehicle. He says no but im only allowed to drive around the lot. Stunned, i pause as he walks away. I say im not interested and give the key back. I have never been treated like this ever by a dealership! I will try a different Jeep dealership before i ever go back to Capital. Guru, you need to study up on your customer service and study up on your knowledge around vehicles that you sell on your lot. Disappointed!! More

I AM DO DONE WITH THIS DEALER. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, refuse to do the check up because my engine light "went off" when driving, it HAS BEEN flashing SINCE they did th Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, refuse to do the check up because my engine light "went off" when driving, it HAS BEEN flashing SINCE they did the last service ONE WEEK AGO and it should not be flashing. He said when the light is off, there is no code to check, they can not do anything. He has no answer for my question "Why it was flashing" but keep saying “the light is off now, I don't know, nothing we can do, I don't know why they book you in” The way he talk to me made me feel like I know nothing and I am a pain in the xxx. I woke up so early and went there 7:15 and was kicked out 7:20 he even pointing the door where I should drive out. I NEVER been treated like this and have not been this mad for so long, very disappointed, a mind blowing experience. I decided to dump the Jeep when warranty is up. I DON'T HAVE TO TAKE THIS, I AM SO DONE WITH THIS DEALER. More
Worst Customer Service Ever Everything promised to me in the sale of my vehicle was an absolute nightmare to get the dealership to provide to me, even with it written on paper an Everything promised to me in the sale of my vehicle was an absolute nightmare to get the dealership to provide to me, even with it written on paper and both the salesman and sales manager having knowledge of the extras involved in the purchase. It took nearly a month from date of purchase until everything was finally settled with the dealership and I no longer have to deal with them, when it was promised to me in a week. When I showed up for my detailing and 3M and bed lining a week after the purcahse, the service adviser had no appointment booked in for me and had no knowledge of me coming. Also, when I found the salesman in the store he called the place that would do 3M and bed lining and it turns out they are closed over weekends so it wasnt possible to do. My overall feeling with this dealership is that once they sell you the vehicle they could care less what happens after that. Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere! Also as a side note, Shannon in the finance department came across as the most degrading human being I have ever dealt with. More

From the girls at the desk to the guys in the shop, Always guaranteed a pleasant, professional visit. Purchasing at Capital was the biggest mistake of my life. The sales dept calls almost every 2nd month to solicit a trade in & after the 1st year of that. Being called while attending a funeral ( & the salesman would not get off the phone), I requested the Sales dept remove my info from their contact list. I have multiple emails advising that I was removed yet still receive calls even after threatening legal action against the harassment. Every caller states that they do not have any record indicating I do not wish to be contacted & every call uses the excuse that they have new management. The Sales people have no respect or regard for people who have purchased here. They definitely do not understand "Do Not Call Me"! - Helene S More
