Great service! Dustin helped us and was great to work with. He stayed in communication with us about everything. He made it easy to get us into the exact vehicle we Dustin helped us and was great to work with. He stayed in communication with us about everything. He made it easy to get us into the exact vehicle we were looking for. He went above and beyond what we could have ever expected to make sure we had everything we needed. He even took his own time to help clean up some of the stuff the detailers missed and helped move the carseats into the new vehicle. Dustin is honestly the best sales person we've ever worked with. Kevin helped us get the vehicle the first time around when Dustin couldn't be there. He was great as well, friendly and easy to talk to. The had everything ready for us when we got there, which was greatly appreciated. There are a couple complaints though. Service took longer than expected on repairs, detailing was not completed properly, they were supposed to do the oil change but didnt. Patrick in Service was great to deal with as well, just a few things were missed. Overall our experience with Capital has been extremely positive and we will be going back in the future. More
