An Integrity Review I have bought 2 vehicles from Capital and the service always upfront. However, in the market for a mid size truck which Dodge doesn’t have. Poor customer service I was given the wrong information regarding diagnostic test and repair cost when I took my vehicle in for a check engine light. I was initially told t I was given the wrong information regarding diagnostic test and repair cost when I took my vehicle in for a check engine light. I was initially told that I would pay the diagnostic test 169$ plus applicable taxes) if After the diagnostic I decide not to do the recommended repairs or take the vehicle somewhere else but I would be charged the repair cost if I decide to ha the work done at the dealership. Then I was given an estimate to change the cooling fan and they insisted on adding the diagnostic test on top of it. Manager was unhelpful. This experience just reminded me the reason I stopped talking my vehicle for service at this dealership just a few months after buying it from them. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
