Had an awesome experience. Casey got me exactly what I wanted. I didnt feel pressured and I had a lot of fun. Casey, and Alex worked hard to put me in a vehicle that worked for me, and made it an easy, stress free experience. I have been a loyal customer of Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge since I first moved to Edmonton. About a month ago I got my second vehicle from them. Everyone was very friendly and made it difficult to play hardball. Like the kids that sell you the chiclets in mexico. You just cant say no.... no matter the price. I purchased a 2013 ram here, 2 months later, after an inspection I had to pay for, it was revealed it required 800$ in service work and new tires,,,,either I was rooked by sales or rooked by the service inspection I had to pay for, it was revealed it required 800$ in service work and new tires,,,,either I was rooked by sales or rooked by the service dept, either way I recommend avoiding this dealer, there are far far better dealers out there, you won't regret avoiding this place More

A big thanks to the sales and support team that helped me to buy my 2014 Ram 1500. I received excellent service from salesmen Mike Stecyk in regards to setting me up to just what I needed, asking all the ri to buy my 2014 Ram 1500. I received excellent service from salesmen Mike Stecyk in regards to setting me up to just what I needed, asking all the right questions and getting the perfect fit vehicle for me. Mike was very friendly to myself and the various people I visited your dealership with. Mike also had great knowledge on the product and if there was something that he was not sure about, he went to Mike Himer who had or found the answers and who was also nothing but a pleasure to deal with. I raise my hands to the finance department as well ( Pankaj Seth and Kristen Lyons) who did a wonderful job at making sure I had all the info I needed and answers to the questions I had. Thanks to the people at this dealership I had a wonderful overall experience and would be happy to return to take care of any of my future needs and would recommend Capital to anyone in need of a vehicle.
