I have resolved the situation but still not to my likeing - I really feel the deal was done in an underhanded way. The customer service of the situation was not in a timely fashion - email transfered to sales manager on thur and still have had no reply from him. Another sales manager has dealt with it.

Thanks but no thanks. The issues I spoke of are over and done with and other than to say that the service writers were very helpful and were trying their best to accomodate me and they did make my service experience better with their concerns for my issues I was overall not happy with the issues presented.
