I was looking for a specific vehicle, a Honda Pilot, I contacted them via email and Hadi responded within 15 minutes. I gave them a down payment to hold the vehicle until I could get in to look at it in p contacted them via email and Hadi responded within 15 minutes. I gave them a down payment to hold the vehicle until I could get in to look at it in person. I went in the next day and took it for a test drive. I purchased it and drove it home, a very satisfied customer. If you’re looking for a very positive experience give Hadi a call, and to whoever is in that position, give Hadi a well deserved promotion, he goes above and beyond! Also when it comes to paying for your purchase you should deal with Erika! Friendly and very knowledgeable It has been my pleasure to deal with these two people and also with this dealership! Cudos to you! More
This dealership fraudulently sold a vehicle to a man with a brain injury who doesn't comprehend the consequences of them allowing it to happen. They never once asked him for any income verification, bank sta a brain injury who doesn't comprehend the consequences of them allowing it to happen. They never once asked him for any income verification, bank statements, proof of employment, credit check, nothing. Once I tried to work with them kindly to resolve the issue I was given nothing but the run around and refusal to resolve my complaint. The manager Robbie tried to bribe 5K cash to keep the vehicle that they sold by committing fraud, he didn't care that this will put a disabled man and his family on the streets since it's almost his entire income to pay for. Robbie also tried saying he could file bankruptcy because a brain injury stops him from needing credit..... how sickening, that is discrimination at it's finest!!! People still need credit for cell phones or rentals. 10/10 do not purchase here. More
Excellent Experience I was privileged to deal with a young salesman named Hadi. He was professional, knew his stuff and seemed to go above and beyond to help make sure I was happy. If your looking for a young salesman named Hadi. He was professional, knew his stuff and seemed to go above and beyond to help make sure I was happy. If your looking for a new vehicle go to Capital and ask for him, you will NOT be disappointed. As for the scary part dealing with the financial end (aka money), Jade is truly amazing!!! She's always smiling, a true pleasure to deal with, she made the scary foreboding money part seamless and easy and almost fun. She is amazing and makes the customers life easy and stress free. No regrets other than I likely won't buy another vehicle for a while, IF I do......Capital will be the one selling it to me More

I can't warn you enough: DO NOT BUY a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from this dealership. This SUV a LEMON!!!! I have tried to get them to help me fix this car unde dealership. I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from this dealership. This SUV a LEMON!!!! I have tried to get them to help me fix this car under warranty. The electrical system has a parasitic draw on it. I have asked for the dealership to try and find and resolve the problem and CAPITAL JEEP REFUSES. I have taken it to another dealership and they recommended a batter maintainer. I asked this dealership to install the battery maintainer and they couldn't even do this properly. I even purchased a battery maintainer for the dealership. I have complained to the dealership and Chrysler Canada and both just ignore me. They don't care that this car regularly doesn't start and has had to have the computer replaced when it failed due to being boosted regularly. The car had to be drug out of my driveway because it completely locked up. This problem isn't a weather or battery issue. It didn't start the other day when it was 30 Deg C. No matter what I say or ask for it is always met with resistance and probably the worst workmanship on planet earth. I live a long way from this dealership and paid almost $80000 for this lemon with a dealership and manufacturer that won't do the warranty work. I'm very disappointed with myself for doing business with this organization. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM CAPITAL JEEP. They are only comparable to Legacy Dodge in Fort McMurray. Stay away!!!! The only resolution offered was to buy another new vehicle from Capital Jeep. I'm never going to buy another piece of junk from Stellantis as long as I live! I suggest you don't either. Charged me $2500 for a peace of mind check. Did absolutely nothing. Not impressed. Going back to get actual work done and not paying another nickel. Would give zero stars if possible. Their service team charged my wife nearly $300 more for a repair job on her vehicle than what they charged me on the same type or repair, same parts on virtually identical vehicles (same make/model just diff repair job on her vehicle than what they charged me on the same type or repair, same parts on virtually identical vehicles (same make/model just different years (same grneration) More
This company is extremely frustrating to deal with. They sold me a warranty that was supposed to be ending in a few years, but made a mistake on their system and applied a warranty that ends this June! They sold me a warranty that was supposed to be ending in a few years, but made a mistake on their system and applied a warranty that ends this June! I have been calling and emailing for a year to get this resolved and it’s always a game of “oh I will let the manager know to call you back” but they never do. I finally got in contact with Alex Yachinec and he said he was going to make the change on May 18th and after I started following up earlier this week I’ve been told he quit. Now I’m back trying to get another manager named Bara to make this change, but so far he just never reply to my emails or call me. Every single employee that I’ve talked to at this company has all pushed the issue to the side and not wanting to fix their mistake. More
If you value your time and your vehicle, then go to ANOTHER dealer for service. Brought my Jeep in February 2023 for 3 issues an oil leak, transmission shifting concern and slow leaking air tire. Techn ANOTHER dealer for service. Brought my Jeep in February 2023 for 3 issues an oil leak, transmission shifting concern and slow leaking air tire. Technician said there is an oil leak with pooling and that the transmission lines need to be replaced. Transmission tech said that the poor shifting is caused by low fluid in the trans because of an oil leak that the other technician found. If solving the oil leak does fix the trans issue, then a valve body and tcm service is required. Ok, parts shortage caused the parts to come in 7 weeks after. Once the parts came in, they called me, and we made an appointment. Dropped off the vehicle early in the morning and received shuttle ride (thank you). Get a call at 3 pm that they did not have time to fix vehicle, so I can come pick it up. Rescheduled for another day guess what….same thing happened! Rescheduled again….same thing happened again! Finally, on the 4th visit, they get to my vehicle…but get this…they said there is no oil leak and that no repairs are needed. I was laughing out-loud now. I went to the manager Clint to find out what is happening, he said to bring it in and let look at the vehicle together. OK, we look under the vehicle…and there is no oil leak it is true…that is because the oil leak is in engine area at the power steering lines. So, the problem was mis-diagnosed by the mechanics. It was the power-steering that was leaking. Now, they tell it needs new power steering lines. Ok, 1.5 weeks later, the parts come in, and they call me. Make an appointment to come in. Guess what? This time they got to my vehicle, but they said no repair was done because its not leaking its sweating. Confused? Yeah, me too. As for the transmission, the factory trained technician said that the issue is due to low fluid in the trans, and post repair requires valve-body replacement. So, if there was never fluid leaking, then does it require a valve body? This is from a factory trained technician. Clint, the manager says what I should do is “warm up the vehicle before I drive off". 30oC outside and I should warm up the vehicle? The manager Clint is ignoring the diagnosis from the his factory trained technician. Be very careful when you bring your vehicle here for service. EDIT: Also, if you google a the current General Manager of Capital Jeep with the word CBC, you'll find an article. Make of it, what you wish. More
