Best Dealership We Have Ever Dealt With. It all started for my wife and I online with Carly Sauve. Carly was so helpful answering all our questions and sent us info that eventually lead us down the street to Cambridge Hyundai .As soon as we walked into the dealership we were greeted by reception and were told someone would be right with us Please help yourself to coffee and feel free to look around .We browsed the show room and were greeted by Randy ,one of the sales staff who was extremely helpful and very eager to help,but not one of those pushy sales people,he made us feel very relaxed .After looking around and asking many questions,We decided on the vehicles we wanted and were handed the keys and away we went on our test drive.My wife chose the 2016 Sonata Sport Tech she fell in love with it the second she sat in it. I chose 2016 Santa Fe Sport AWD and much the same for me I found myself very happy. I was given a very fair trade in allowance for my Mazda 3 which lead us down the hall to see Mary Young.Mary helped us through the financing of our new vehicles and within a few days we were driving.Mary received many questions via e-mail and over the phone from my wife and was very quick to respond within an hour, not days and considering how busy she is we were very impressed.I received an e-mail from Mark the owner a few days later ,just to say hi and make sure were happy with our vehicles and to make sure if we had any issues to bring them directly to his attention,( how many dealership owners take the time to e-mail their customers needless to say I was very impressed ) I assure you his staff are the finest people I have ever dealt with on a business level,I would highly recommend Cambridge Hyundai to anyone looking to get into a new Hyundai.My wife and I have already sent friends to the dealership and their opinion was the same as ours.Thanks to everyone who made our first visit to Cambridge Hyundai a very pleasant one.Trust me we will be back. If you're a female, you will be intimidated! I just recently took my car in for a routine oil change and received terrible customer service. Being a woman, I feel the customer service guy used I just recently took my car in for a routine oil change and received terrible customer service. Being a woman, I feel the customer service guy used this to try and make a sale by talking down to me and trying to intimidate me. When I wouldn't agree to other services he asked if I then was going to let my car fall apart. Really, that's how you respond to a customer? The car is 3 years old with low mileage. If my car is going to fall apart after 3 years, what kind of cars is Hyundai building? When asked if I could get the courtesy shuttle I was informed they don't do that for oil changes, and it turned into an argument. When I picked up my car, I noticed my front door still made a noise when I opened and closed it. That's funny, says on my form that they lubed up my locks, hinges and latches. This whole process has been a nightmare. Highly dissatisfied with this dealership. More
