Was in search for a preowned vehicle and had approached few different places, Cambridge Hyundai by far was the smoothest of them all in terms of the experience. OK, my car was overheating and it was a Friday afternoon. I have warranty on this car and what they did for me was amazing. They took my car and they gave me a loaner vehicle right away because I needed to g I have warranty on this car and what they did for me was amazing. Raobrinder took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure Singh at Cambridge Hyundai. What I appreciate most was the honesty- no unnecessary upsets or pressure, just ideal recommendations as per the mileage. The work was completed ahead of the sc, and my vehicle is running perfectly. It this absolutely ridiculous because everytime I go to Hyundai they always find something wrong with my vehicle and i know for a fact that the service technicians aren't very qualified to do the job prope Hyundai they always find something wrong with my vehicle and i know for a fact that the service technicians aren't very qualified to do the job properly since everytime they find something wrong . The service is very poor towards customers and they should be more professionals and fix the vehicles up to the standards because if the technicians are qualified then I shouldn't be returning to fix the same problem three times is a row. While I love my new car The dealerships ability to give post sale support and live up to promises made about my car have fallen short. For example when I bought the car I was concerned about the war of the tires but was told it has a couple of years left in it but the first time I took the car into service I was immediately warned that the tire tread is low and I should purchase new tires. The dealership took no responsibility for this inconsistency. More
