Unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. The staff were incredibly disrespectful. We had to get our engine replaced as there was a recall and once they did it, the car had issues where it wouldn’t start. It was a hit or miss when the car would turn on. We went back and they said that it wasn’t their fault and that there was nothing wrong with it …. Which is weird because right up until the time of the engine replacement, I never had issues with the car starting. They said they didn’t touch the starter but when your engine is getting replaced, you have to disconnect everything. Sooooo, it’s really unfortunate. They also told me that I can replace the starter and I asked them if they can confirm if that’s the issue and they said no. And you would think it ends there… but no. My mom went to pick up the car and she was inquiring about the issue and they LAUGHED IN HER FACE? Also the first time the car wouldn’t start, I called the dealership and they told me I have to pay out of pocket and tow the car there… which is insane because they created this issue and now I have to pay out of pocket?? The worst part is that when I was calling about this I was speaking to the receptionist and asked if they can tow it (which they refused) she ended up telling me “you’re wasting my time, if you want help then tow your car here.” And HUNG UP ON ME. unreal!!!!!!!! Will never be coming back and I will be switching locations. I hope they get their staff retrained or replaced all together. They also said that the engine replacement would take only a couple days which I thought was weird but I ended up planning accordingly to that and then they ended up telling me it would take over a month. I simply think they don’t know what they’re doing. More

They didn’t take the appropriate amount of time to explain what was in a report. Instead they just sent an email and expect us to be able to interpret the random codes within it.
