Where do I start? Every single time I bring my vehicles in, there are always additional charges on my bill. When I ask what these charges are, the service desk is unable to provide a proper explanation. I asked to speak with the GM, but he was in a meeting. I asked two different employees that he contact me as soon as he was out and available. Did I hear from him? Nope. I’m still waiting… There has also been significant staff turnover over the last couple years. I have given this location so many chances, and will now only return should I have a warranty issue. I will be obtaining maintenance and services elsewhere. More
The service adviser was great and did her job great through everything that was happening with the car. On the other hand when I got my vehicle back after saying it was ready to picked up the car start through everything that was happening with the car. On the other hand when I got my vehicle back after saying it was ready to picked up the car started horrible and could not keep idle after the, 3rd time trying to start the car it finally started somewhat normal and is now currently backfiring (which it was not before this problem) for what it came in for and long with a new fuel pump that they said it needed. So clearly the car was not even tested and primed to make sure everything was good to go and ready to leave the dealership. It was pretty clear it was just moved out of the tecs bay and parked. Also noticed that the bottom of my steering wheel is all full gashs like when someone got in it chewed the bottom of steering wheel now I have to bring it back to the dealership if this continues. Their service center marks up parts 43% which is significantly above the MSRP which appears to be ~25% markup (on the parts I checked) so based on that, you're going to be paying more than you shoul significantly above the MSRP which appears to be ~25% markup (on the parts I checked) so based on that, you're going to be paying more than you should for parts that you could get at other Hyundai dealers that aren't part of the AutoCanada network. Save your money and shop elsewhere. More
