I received a recall from Hyundai. I called and booked an appt. However I had to cancel due to impending weather, was happily rebooked and advised it could be rebooked if needed. I did arrive, drove in, met with Service Advisors. Offered complimentary car wash, which I accepted. Directed to seating area. Service took an hour and a half, what was in the estimation. Car was outside, clean and shining. Staff were very pleasant to deal with. Thank you. More
