I requested an oil change, they were able to schedule me in 2 days later. I dropped the car off in the morning & picked it up after work. I walked to my car and it had the same dirt on it as when I dropped it off. There was no attempt made to wash the car. I was disappointed that I was lied to. More
They have very friendly representatives, and do try to accommodate you when ever possible. I needed tyres and they didn’t have them, which seemed odd for a dealership , but got them in within a couple of accommodate you when ever possible. We came at dealer in difficult situation and were taken care by Lisa, she ensured we were dealt in priority. We met amazing lady Lee and no doubt she was Director of Smile and Director of Life. Do not expect a good customer service. Managers are not approachable at all. Services Center too does not care about customers issues. They are just behind the money. My car has an engine issue which is still going since March 2023. They did not provide proper solution for my issue. They just performed the diagnostic tests and told me that you have an engine issue. But they couldn’t find it nor fix it. I requested to speak to manager but was not allowed to. Finally I gave up and now consulting other dealerships. More
