First New Car! I first visited this dealership after paying a visit to the Hyundai showroom in the Cambridge Centre. After deciding to take the Veloster and the Acce I first visited this dealership after paying a visit to the Hyundai showroom in the Cambridge Centre. After deciding to take the Veloster and the Accent for a test drive, I made an appointment at the Cambridge Dealership. Within a couple of days, Matt had called me to verify a time. A couple days later I found myself being greeted by Crystal, and being introduced to Matt, as well as Paul. The test drive was very comfortable, and at no point did I feel pressured. Every option was presented to me, and they backed off if I wasn't interested. Crystal was fantastic from day one, and went out of her way to help me when I had to call in for some information when Paul was tied up with another customer. I feel for her as I too work customer service/sales, and nothing gets as grained into a persons head as a constant telephone ringing. Matt was great from the beginning to the end. He answered all my questions, knew everything about the car, and introduced me to everybody at the dealership. It felt like buying a car from the tallest friend you have. As I mentioned, I work sales as well, and not once did I feel manipulated, tricked, or pressured. I showed up right as pizza arrived at the dealer and by the time he was done with me it was all gone... so if you're reading this; buy the man a xxxx slice of pizza before heading in, would you? Paul was a naturally pleasant gentleman. He treated my family and I like he would his own, and needed only the smallest spark to create an enjoyable conversation. I had just bought a new car, yet somehow I enjoyed conversing with him so much that I forgot that I should have been over-eager to jump into the drivers seat of my new Accent. This was a new journey for me that was tailored by 3 magnificent people who will return any amount of respect and humor by a mile. Thank you, Cambridge Hyundai. Your now-loyal customer, Nate More

No one is ever unhappy with the purchase of their new car. The real indication of a great dealership is the Service department; You buy your car once, but service it 3, 4 or more times a year. If you dislike your service staff, or if they smell, or are rude, even if they're just difficult to work with, you're in trouble. This is totally not the case with the service staff at Cambridge Hyundai. They know my name when I arrive, they know my car and its history, they're HONEST (yes, I said HONEST) and they're all super friendly. You really do feel like you're part of a team working on the car. I cant say enough good things about the service staff at Cambridge Hyundai. Don't believe me? Drop in once and talk to Mr. Colquhoun et al just once and see if you don't feel important and get all tingly inside. A+++ More
Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!! This was the second dealer I went to on my car shopping day and it was an absolutely seamless, friendly experience. As soon as we walked in Orroj Alam This was the second dealer I went to on my car shopping day and it was an absolutely seamless, friendly experience. As soon as we walked in Orroj Alam greeted us and asked us what we were looking for and found cars in my price range that I could test drive. He didn't try to increase my budget or make me look at cars that were much more expensive. He passed us over to Tyler Moyes who did minimal paper work to get started and let us test drive a couple cars hassle free. Back at the dealership he let me lead the conversation and wasn't pushy at all. I asked for a certain price and they made it work. This was my first car and I bought it used, it was a great experience and would absolutely recommend Tylere and Orooj! More

Nic Raiciu, provided us with a no-pressure sales approach giving us with all the information we needed to make the best new car decision for us, he seemed to be truly looking out for our interests. Mary Young, Fin. Services Mgr. continued with this no-pressure approach guiding us through the documentation with ease and comfort. During this session, we identified a problem with an accessory we had ordered (our fault), which rightfully any dealer could have forced us to take; but the Cambridge Hyundai team clearly weren't going to be happy until we were happy. "AJ", Albert Schultz - Parts, joined Mary and Nic in painlessly resolving the matter for us. The resolution went well beyond what I would have expected from a "normal" dealer, clearly their only goal was to make us happy!! We went back several days later to have a remote starter installed, Ryan in service handled it all on time and as per estimates, again in the friendliest of ways. Finishing off a great experience. We highly recommend Cambridge Hyundai and we will be back... .. P.s. We love our sporty little Veloster! More
