First Car Purchase, Amazing! I was expecting to purchase a used car to get me from point A to B for a year or two. After looking around, and reviewing multiple vehicles. I realized maybe a new car would benefit me for a longer term. Undecided I visited Cambridge Hyundai and met Gerry Santos who showed me a variety of options and was very helpful in detailing the specs, model, and vehicular history. When I mentioned I was interested in a new 2015 model, Gerry immediately knew of a vehicle for me, the Hyundai Accent 2015. Just sitting in the car for a minute I realized it was the perfect fit. There was no rush and I was given plenty of time to look at a couple of other 2015 models. In the end Gerrys first suggestion stuck and helped me finalize my first purchase of a new car. There is much, much more to the story then just seeing around the lot. I had mentioned several items with a new/used vehicle that I feel are important and what was presented to me was just that. Paul Walia also assisted in helping me understand these items and provided much help in the coverage's and detail of the vehicle. Paul also informed me of several items I had not considered for a budget vehicle that I found extremely helpful. In the end, it took little over a few hours to figure out the car for me. The simple yet transparent nature of the services available definitely score 10 out of 10 for customer service and hospitality. Vehicle satisfaction is another 10 out of 10 as it was exactly what I was looking for and equipped for precisely what I expected it to be.
