We both came in the first time looking to buy a new Elantra, and were pleasantly greeted by Nic who helped us in the process of purchasing the new vehicle. Nic was very genuine, helpful, patient and very nice to deal with when purchasing the vehicle, and also when we had any additional questions after the purchase. He truly was why we bought the car to begin with, as we both came out of the dealership talking about how nice and helpful he was. We called back a few times to ask questions about the car, and also ask about future servicing, and Nic also not only remembered who we were, but also was very helpful with that as well. We loved the experience at Cambridge Hyundai so much that we ended up coming back 4 months later to buy a new Santa Fe. We requested to deal with Nic again, and he went above and beyond for us for a second time. We also were pleasantly surprised to have the exact same genuine, professional and amazing experience the second time. The quality of vehicles added to the amazing service from Cambridge Hyundai made the buying experience absolutely great.
