My husband and I were stuck between purchasing the Elantra or a Civic, however, after having received such exceptional customer service at this locati My husband and I were stuck between purchasing the Elantra or a Civic, however, after having received such exceptional customer service at this location, our choice to purchase an Elantra instead became that much more easier. We visited Cambridge Hyundai this past Saturday not having realized that they were opened until 5pm that day. Despite having arrived minutes to 6pm, Nic had seen my husband looking at the hours of operation sign on the front door and offered to help us nonetheless. The fact that he was willing to assist us without even being guaranteed a sale in itself spoke volumes. In addition, we had our 7 week old baby with us who was rather fussy as he was getting ready for a feed. What we loved the most about the customer service we received that day was just how, patient, understanding and accommodating Nic was to us that day, especially with all things considered. Not only did Nic have us feeling comfortable, but we did not feel any sort of pressure that one would normally feel from an employee desperate to make a sale. We very much appreciated Nic's honesty regarding the different types of Elantras and where exactly we could save money. We ended up having to spend more money as we went from wanting the GL to the GLS and finally to the Limited edition, yet we didn't even mind it because the customer service we received was so genuine that we actually wanted to give Hyundai our hard earned money. Also, because I wanted to feed baby before going for a test drive, Nic was more than willing to give us as much time as we needed to not only feed baby but also to take a test drive as well -- please bare in mind that this is all still taking place despite his already being finished for the day. I must say, I truthfully cannot recall the last time I received such exceptional customer service from anywhere, which is something that both my husband and I very much appreciate. Nic is one sales rep that is truly to be commended as his service and guidance to us was enough for us to decide on the Elantra despite having a cousin who is a manager at Honda and was willing to give us an extremely generous price for a Civic. Overall, we would definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends and I'm confident that our feelings will still very much be the same after we go back in tomorrow to complete the purchase! More

Even if you make an appointment there is no guarantee that you will not have to wait up to a half an hour to meet with the person that you made an appointment with. Once you finally do get to meet with you you came in to see they are kind and professional. When I went to pick up my new car the waiting process started but when I explained that I was in a hurry they accommodated. Gerry was great about helping me to set up my blue tooth for my phone and showing me the features of my new car. More

I approached the dealership with the i Unfortunately I found rust on the front of the roof on my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe purchased at Cambridge Hyundai. I approached the dealership with the issue and was sent directly to the Autobody shop where there work was done. After a bit of a mix-up in the paperwork a summary of the repairs and cost was submitted to Hyundai Canada. A.J. was my representative at Hyundai Cambridge and he was able to get approvals for all repairs at no cost to me. A.J. represented the company well and was instrumental in fast tracking the paperwork to Hyundai Canada after the initial communication difficulty. I would have rated Cambridge Hyundai with 5 stars if this communication problem had not occurred. I am not sure what the problem was but it was resolved and a date has been arranged to take the car for repairs at my convenience. More
