He spent quite a bit of time up front on the phone with me talking through all of work that was going to be done on my car, and was very accommodating of my questions. I feel very confident working with him. During the service, I had new tires installed. These tires came with a mail in rebate. When I left the shop, I realized that I hadn't received the rebate. When I came back to pick it up a few days later, Chris had filled out all of the information, printed another copy of the invoice, and prepared the rebate package so all I had to do was mail it in. Small thing, but it really shows his commitment to my satisfaction. More
Dangerous and very poor customer service I bought a car at Cambridge Hyundai a little over a year ago. I was generally pleased with the service and have been very pleased with my vehicle. Ho I bought a car at Cambridge Hyundai a little over a year ago. I was generally pleased with the service and have been very pleased with my vehicle. However, what I am surprised at is the negligence of the service department and their lack of customer service. I have had my tires changed over for winter/summer a couple of times since I purchased my car there. a couple of months after having my summer tires put on I noticed there was a lug nut missing on one of my wheels. I immediately went to the dealership and asked them to put on a new lug nut. Which they did. I then went in to my mechanic for an oil change and asked him to check all my lugs. The lugs on both rear tires were all loose. Apparently it is standard practice to have the lugs re-tightened after driving a couple hundred km with those types of wheels. I was never told this by the technicians at Cambridge Hyundai. Luckily my wheels never came off. I am shocked at their negligence. Not only did they risk the lives of myself and my family, but everyone on the roads I drive on. Can you imagine what would have happened if My wheel had fallen off on the 401? A couple of months later Cambridge Hyundai called me for scheduled service. When I told the nice lady on the phone that I was very disappointed with the service and wold like to speak with the service manager I was put on hold, then told he was busy with another customer ,and would be in touch with me shortly. I am still waiting for that call. I am in customer service and this is unacceptable. Not only did they risk my life, I don't even warrant a prompt call to discuss the situation. You can be sure I will tell everyone I know to never deal with Cambridge Hyundai. More

Best car buying experience I could ask for! I brought my old Mazda 3 in to get appraised for a trade-in a little while ago. While the manager Ferd Santos was taking a look at it, Syed showed me I brought my old Mazda 3 in to get appraised for a trade-in a little while ago. While the manager Ferd Santos was taking a look at it, Syed showed me around and introduced me to the 2015 Hyundai Elantra. Since I have not taken a look at a Hyundai for a long time, I had many MANY questions. Throughout the whole process Syed, Ferd, Paul, and even other sales reps that I bumped into were more than happy to take their time and answer my questions in detail. When it comes to the car I traded it, I can say with confidence that I believe they gave me the best possible price, just like they promised; this is something I have been unsure about at other dealers, but the Hyundai team really did put in the effort to give me a great price, I will never regret the trade-in! In regards to my new Hyundai, it is a car of elegance and comfort. Everything from the premium cloth seats to the set-up of the dashboard makes you feel like sinking into the car. On top of this, Syed, Ferd, and Paul worked with me to meet my budget. This car has great value, great style, great mileage... Everything I could ask for. Thanks again to the Hyundai team! David D.
