Bunch of liars work there Zero customer service. General manager asgar molu has only one solution to resolve every issue. That is to cancell the deal. 1)I signed 3 bill of Zero customer service. That is to cancell the deal. 1)I signed 3 bill of sale to purchase one car because two cars got sold after i purchased. 2) when i took a delivery they didnt have a second key for me on friday so they advised me to pick it up on monday, sales agent salman khan said it was broken so it they have to order a new one. And the general manager asgar molu said he lied and they are just not able to find the second key. So they have to order it and it will take 3 days. Why would they not inform me about this on they day i signes the bill of sale. 3) there was an error on my ownership , they had the ownership on my dad's name instead of mine. So i have to go get it fixed. All they say is that its an error from ministry and not from our side. After all this there were no apology at all and forget about the compensation. IF YOU CALL NISSAN HEAD OFFICE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE GENERAL MANAGER , THEY DONT HAVE ANYONE ON TOP OF HIM. SO I AM LOOSING MY TRUST ON NISSAN AS WELL. I WILL DEFINATELY NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND WONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. YOU JUST CANNOT TRUST ANYONE THERE. I have filed my complained to omvic regarding these issues. Hopefully it works for improving this place and other clients dont face the same problems i fixed. I purchased a brand new car and i should be feeling happy about it but m not. More
Treated with Respect Walking into this dealership on my own, being a woman, I was worried about being treated differently. As soon as Tanner introduced himself he made me feel at ease. I appreciated Tanner's salesmanship as the first thing he showed me was the cars engine and explained all the safety features. I was given a test drive by Courtney, one of the sale men. I fell in LOVE EVEN MORE!!. I left and returned 2 weeks later the car was still there. I told Courtney that I wanted to purchase the car. Courtney and Tanner another sales rep were awesome in helping me get the car. I had the great pleasure corresponding with Courtney and Tanner on several occasions during my purchase completion. They answered all my phone calls and messages. Courtney had a personal event he needed to attend the day that I picked up my car I appreciate him waiting for me. please don't go there for service, very bad I bought my 2014 Nissan rouge New from them and also recommended my friends to go their And we really appreciate Simran's expertise, that's why we wa I bought my 2014 Nissan rouge New from them and also recommended my friends to go their And we really appreciate Simran's expertise, that's why we was going there and also for service of my car,all services done there and for 24 months service I booked for 27 Aug, it was first time bad experience there, they was trying just sign paper and go, didnot want to listen cars trouble, when I said I am not signing,then manager, call mechanic and he looked at cars trouble, after service I have asked for service detail how was things and each document, which they used to give me before that service on other services,they did not bother to tell me about what they had done and what they need to fix, I had to ask each thing,very bad service, I am also lodging my complaint to Nissan and my good advice is if you love your car and for your safety and your loved ones safety please don't go there for service.
