I recently purchased a new Nissan Sentra for my son. This was the first time I dealt with this dealership. They provided exceptionally good service. they both were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They treated me very courteously and provided all possible assistance that helped me finalize the deal. In many of the cases they went above and beyond in accommodating my requests. Their follow-up and providing answers to all my questions were exceptional. I am gladly looking forward to dealing with them again as I am looking for another car for my daughter in the near future. I give 2 thumbs up to both and congratulate the dealership on having such employees. and More
Bought a 2019 kicks w extended warranty. Was told by sales guy that it was bumper to bumper. It was not. I had a faulty tire pressure sensor and they did nothing for me. This dealership lied to me. I purchased a used Infiniti from them and they assured me that the engine had no modifications. They talked me into a comprehensive warranty. It turns out the engine is modified and as a result, the intake manifold became cracked from a blow off valve. I had specifically asked whether there were mods on the car that would void warranty. I was told no. And yet, I had to pay for repairs. I drove 2 hours each way to buy this car, I trusted them and this is the thanks I get. They told me there’s nothing they can do. Stay away!!!!! More
I have recently had such a bad experience with that service center. They did not identify a real problem. Parts were delivered with a big delay. When I purchase a vehicle from brampton north nissan the finance manager name Sidharth (Sid) pitched GAP protection and warranty products as save guard providing me with peace of mind especially I was assured that the GAP protection not only covered the usual scenarios but also extended to right sharing activities such as uber driving. This details was crucial for me as I intended to use my vehicle for ridesharing as a income source I recently encountered an accident that resulted in my vehicle being declared a total loss expecting the GAP protection to kick in I was horrified to learn that it was not applicable to my situation despite the finance managers explicit insurance the product that I had been sold on turn out to an empty promise leaving me responsible for a financial GAP that I had believed would be covered. When I decided to return to dealership with the intention of purchasing a second vehicle I recieved was beyond dishurtning not only they unwilling to address the discrepancies and unfulfilled promises from my previous purchase but they out right refuse to sell me a new vehicle the entire experience has left me deeply frustrated. I strongly advise any one considering a purchase from Brampton North Nissan to exercise extreme caution. My experience with dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. I brought Nissan pathfinder in January 2023 and i had an accident in September . i took the car to the dealership for repairs and the General Manager suggested to give the vehicle to the performance auto accident in September . i took the car to the dealership for repairs and the General Manager suggested to give the vehicle to the performance auto group collision center who is the authorized person for Brampton north Nissan. I am waiting for last 7 months my vehicle is not been repaired they always keep on saying there is no parts. I am driving a shabby vehicle with the trunk rusted and over dirty look from the back side. I didn't expect such a bad service from performance auto group who claims to be no one. It is such a disgrace that I have to go through all this after buying an expensive vehicle. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealer any more who doesn't take care of their customers. David More
