I was told its the remote starter causing this problem since the remote starter was not a OEM product, also I was told the shifter was a problem and needed replacement, My wife agreed on replacement of part as per diagnosis report and disconnection of remote starter & replacement part returned as per phone conversation with Mr. Jennings on March 18 and myself (husband) if this will finally solved our problem...to my surprise the problem is still there and part not returned. My wife contacted the dealer and was told she have to pay another diagnostic charge cause it maybe some different problem and I disagree since its only been 3 1/2 months the repair was done and they didn't find the real problem in the first place so how could they possibly know it's some different problem...Service labour and parts are 1 year or 20,000 km... I was talking to the service manager on July 16/2013 at 10am on the phone and he abruptly ended the conversation after approximately 10 minutes , and told my wife which was at the location she's not welcome back at the dealership anymore and to leave...this is unacceptable Auto Service/repairs and unacceptable behavior from a service manager!!! Very poor display of management and all what the company stands for in Service Customer Satisfaction.... More
This was a nightmare purchase. After 3 purchase agreements the details of the sale were finally straightened out...starting with unwanted insurance and a quote for a warranty for $800.00 turned int agreements the details of the sale were finally straightened out...starting with unwanted insurance and a quote for a warranty for $800.00 turned into 20,000 km for $1402.00? Rudy the salesman was of no help whatsoever with the financing blunders, referring always to Sally. After picking up the car I took it to my mechanic, considering the accounting why would it be in top form.....found out the brakes were really bad and would only last maybe a month, improper installation and calipers not even working on one side....the back tires were showing the tread indicators. Took the car back and addressed the issues with the GM Oscar, who had a guy measure the tires and said they were in compliance with code by 2mm, WOW! The GM Oscar would not even hear about the brakes even though I had everything written out by a licensed mechanic...Do yourself a favor and find a reputable place to buy your used vehicle. More

So nice in fact that, now our eldest son will be picking up his new 2013 Rogue next week Thursday. I am the Chief Administrative Officer for a legal corporation, and not in anyway affiliated with Brampton North Nissan. Our relationship with Brampton North NIssan exceeds 10+ years - from this one specific dealership we have purchased and owned - Altima 3.5 SE (x2_), Altima SER, 2009 Rogue, and now the addition of the 2013 Murano and yet another 2013 Rogue. From the first day into walking to Brampton North Nissan, there has always been a high level of comfort, integrity, and professionalism with every transaction and even random visit to the dealership to say hello. The staff are incredibly accomodating, kind hearted and warm. Special thanks to Frank, Jack and Asgar (GM). Our rating once again is : 5*****. We will be back again and again. Thanks so much everyone ! For anyone considering going to this dealership, just ask for the trio - Frank, Jack and Asgar and you will be in great hands. Respectfully, Maria NOTE* : In reading two of the previous posts here - Given our history with Brampton North Nissan and the allegations you have placed in your negative responses, I can only speculate that : (a) rather than raising concerns with the dealership and jumping onto this website to say you received a defective car is incredibly immature. Perhaps, you need to learn to how to address a situation appropriately. Like everything else in life, NOTHING IS PERFECT. If something is wrong fix it - it it wasn't all along - apologize. PS, I find it hard to believe that you received 5 defects in your vehicle - its a long shot but , perhaps read your owners manual to see if you are operating it properly. (b) The DEPOSIT - With all due respect, a deposit is just that. DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSIT on anything if you don't read the small print or truly understand the definition o f a deposit - then don't give one. Otherwise, get familiar with how deposits work, not only in these circumstances, but any for that matter. More
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. I dealt with Waj as my salesperson, he was extremely professional and went out of his way to ensure I point did I feel pressured to make a decision. I dealt with Waj as my salesperson, he was extremely professional and went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. Sally was also quite helpful (and attractive ;)) Very professional team overall. It takes me an hour to get to this dealership but it was worth the drive to deal with a team like this. Keep up the good work! More

Went to this dealership on a Saturday without completing prior research on a vehicle and purchased a car based on information provided by the salesman (bad idea). They also required a $2000 deposit. We were prior research on a vehicle and purchased a car based on information provided by the salesman (bad idea). They also required a $2000 deposit. We were told there would NOT be a 2014 remodel of the car we were purchasing, and checked online when we got home and saw speculation all over the internet there was a 2014 remodel. We phoned the dealership asap on Monday and said we wanted to cancel based on the fact we were lied too. We were told we would lose our entire deposit if we canceled so my husband and I went in that evening to work things out. We ended up dealing with the GM who told us he would only refund 50% of the deposit, therefore keeping $1000.00, which was absolutely absurd. After arguing and trying to get our money back he said he would only keep $500.00 of the deposit. The breakdown of the $500 was: $300 salesman commission, and $200 Adm/mgmt fee. This is ridiculous as we had not filled out any actual paper work for the purchase, and I do not believe the commission should have been $300 when we were not happy with the service and canceled the order. It was a terrible experience and I believe we were treated unfairly, as even the salesman commented we should have recieved our full deposit back. So buyers beware. More
