I have been looking for a Nissan Rouge for a long time now and have met different sales man that were very pushy, and only care about selling a car. Johnny was excellent in handling my needs as he was ver now and have met different sales man that were very pushy, and only care about selling a car. Johnny was excellent in handling my needs as he was very open minded and very honest when it comes to the cars. A very unlikely trait that you will find on someone now a days when buying. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who are looking for a vehicle! Keep up the great work! More
I was greeted right when I came into the dealership with warm smiles. I never felt I was being attacked for a sale. Frank was very sincere and wanted me to have a safe and reliable car at a good Price. I wa warm smiles. I never felt I was being attacked for a sale. I have purchased over 8 cars over the years from Brampton north and would not go anywhere else. Their prices are always as good or better than any other Nissan dealer but what sets them apart is service and north and would not go anywhere else. I live in Richmond hill but I still travel to Brampton because of oscar and his staff More

I have purchased two new Nissan Rogues from Brampton North and was nothing but delighted with the whole experiences. The showroom is bright, with plenty of models, the staff is friendly, my salesman was knowledgable and the delivery was very thorough. The salesman not only reviewed the dash and features, he helped me set up my Bluetooth. It was so cold that day I told him not to bother and his relpy was "no bother at all" as he stood by my open window and helped me. Is there anything else one should want from a dealership? I love my Rogue and will definately return for another. More
Do not go there! They falsely advertise cars that are not really listed. You go there and they say the car was sold the night before. Then they try to sell you a car that has more then $5000 damage. It that' really listed. You go there and they say the car was sold the night before. Then they try to sell you a car that has more then $5000 damage. It that's not the worst, they try to sell you another car that's a like almost brand new and you have already told them you didn't want it. Poor customer service, very shady, unprofessional and not a good place to even buy your first car. A waste of time, and money. Dealership flat out lied about advertised car and told me it was being financed the night before. No call to let us know this information when we went into today. After I left the dealership, a member of my family called to see if they had the car I went in to look at, which was supposedly gone. The car salesman lied to us because he said that the car I was looking for was now available. How can that be if you told me minutes ago, it was being financed. The car salesman didn't know it was my family member calling and they though it was just another customer calling. They falsely advertised a car just to get you in to buy a more expensive car that you did not intend to buy in the first place. The fact that they lied, they should be out of business and I would not trust them with anyone's money. BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!! More

I previously owned Toyota and Honda cars and I have had any issues with the cars or the dealers. Avoid the Brampton Nissan sales office at Bovaird and Van Kirk Drive at all costs. I bought a brand new Niss any issues with the cars or the dealers. Avoid the Brampton Nissan sales office at Bovaird and Van Kirk Drive at all costs. I bought a brand new Nissan Quest on August 31st 2013 and on October 8th 2013 the vehicle would not start. I was livid, brand new vehicle not starting up in less than 5 weeks. I lost one day of work because of this and had to fork out $60 in cab fare to drive my kids to school. Went I went there I spoke to my sales person Rudy or was not helpful at all and instead was trying to put the blame on me. My car was there from 9 am to 3 pm and all they came to was the battery had to be recharged. I demanded a new battery but they refuse to give one. I spoke to the General Manager his name starts with A (sorry as I threw his card in the dustbin as he was another Rudy). I told him this is not acceptable as its a brand new vehicle and to replace the battery or at least bear my costs for the pain I went through all day and he brushed me off and wasn't interested in listening. I asked for a written guarantee that this would not happen and he refused. I cant be bringing in a brand new vehicle every other day to get it fixed. This was absurd. I regret ever buying a car from Nissan and giving them 10's in my previous review when they actually deserve a 0. From Rudy to the sales team to the GM they are all the same. When you want to buy a vehicle they are nice to you but once you pay up you are stuck like me. Avoid them at all costs. Go to a Toyota or Honda dealer who will take care of you. More
One of the worst experiences of my life. The dealership refused what they themselves offered and made us skip work hours to deal with a situation that could have been easily avoided. 1. August 1, 2013 refused what they themselves offered and made us skip work hours to deal with a situation that could have been easily avoided. 1. August 1, 2013 - We had an appointment for 5 pm for oil change. We asked them for brake inspection. The brakes had to fixed and so we asked them to go ahead. It took them 2.5 hours to complete the task and at 7.30 we were told that they could not complete the job that day as the mechanic had to leave at 8:00 and cannot stay back. So we were asked to bring the car back. They made a new appt for us and clearly told us that I will be charged $54 for the inspection fee but they will refund it when we come back for the brake service, as they were not able to complete the job in time. 2. August 6th, 2013 - We went back for the brake service and on completion we were given a bill that did not reflect the $54 refund. We were told that the refund was not applicable as the job was done on a separate day. We tried to tell the employee (Rebecca) what happened on August 1st but she would not understand and was very rude. We asked to speak to the same employees of the previous day and also the manager of the service dept. but there was no body around according to her. It took us 1/2 hour to finally find a manager ourselves and explain the situation, who then understood the situation and made a decision to refund the money. My problem is that Rebecca behaved extremely rudely with us. I felt she was being racist the way she was talking to me and my wife. It looked like she thought we were lying to her and would not believe us, which was not the case. She wouldn't even make an effort to speak to other employees or her superior. She was arrogant and behaving as if she owned the place and would not like to see us there. This is no way to speak to another person, leave alone loyal customers who have been returning to the same facility for our car maintenance. This was highly disappointing experience as not only we waited on first day for so long and they still made us come back another day and on top of that they wanted us to pay extra for their negligence. Since I was working that day, my wife was there alone and they wouldn't listen to what she was saying or resolve this on the phone with me. So, I had to skip my work hours in order to come to the facility and deal with this unnecessary mess myself. This is crass customer service and unacceptable behavior. More
