AWSOME EXPERIENCE I was looking for a van because needed a bigger vehicle. Saw this Dodge Caravan at Brampton North Nissan and called the dealership. He was very prompt and answer all my questions. Booked an appointment and to my surprise he was right at the door waiting for us with the van ready for a test drive. The process was smooth and we picked up our van in a couple of days. Also a special thanks to the manager Courtney and the Nissan team. Happy wife is happy life. I will definitely recommend Brampton North Nissan to everyone who is looking for a reliable vehicle for a very reasonable price and an awesome service by Nissan team. More

Update of my experience Buyer Beware! First of all, never buy at dawn. You won't be able to see all the scratches, dents and surface problems of the car. Secondly never Buyer Beware! First of all, never buy at dawn. You won't be able to see all the scratches, dents and surface problems of the car. Secondly never listen to this dealer offering rust proofing etc. etc. My experience was I was told of a great package that will protect my car from rust and if it does appear they will fix it free of charge. Fast forward more than a year. Noticed rust on the car and they will not cover it. Why? Because the protection plan apparently will only fix your car if the rust damage is extensive! Makes any sense? Wait for a huge job while they can spend minutes to prevent bigger expense. At the end of the day, this rust protection is a scam. And with my experience with Nissan, these cars rusts faster than Toyota, Honda and heck even Kia! (Cars that I've owned). Service department hours are also terrible, you'll really have to take time off work to get your car fixed, fortunately there's another Nissan close to my place. Service advisors are not as friendly either, makes you think they want to get rid of you as soon as you enter. So piece of advise, just don't buy Nissan in the first place, the body is horrible, it's like the paint is just a single coat that easily gets scratch and rust. Gas consumption is significantly higher than other brands. Second, don't bother buying from this branch, my problem at the time was I cannot find the model that I need anywhere else leaving me with little choice. My initial problems were resolved by the manager but I wasted precious time and gas going back and forth. If you still insist on buying, don't by those anti rust and other add on service, they don't work, specially the anti rust. And like I said the warranty sucks! They wanted you to take the car every 2 years for inspection and requires you to report any rust noticed before hand but get this, if the damage from rust is not extensive, the warranty will not cover it, so what is the purpose of going there to report early signs of rust other than to waste your time and gas? Again, skip this dealership, if you really like Nissan there are better ones out there. More
