Both the salesperson and the manager were unprofessional and deceptive. Beware of their ante! I ended up getting a Mitsubishi after being a Nissan customer since 2001. More

When I called in to acquire about this vehicle I was Set up with Shahab. From the very beginning he was very kind and down to earth (Not your typical pushy sales person) He was very kind, and understanding as I had my 1 year old daughter with me, who is quite the busy bee. I had a specific budge to work with & he did all he could to make sure I could afford the vehicle within my budget. There was a small hiccup when it came to picking up my vehicle as it wasn't ready when he originally told me it would be. Even tho this was not his fault he made sure to do everything he could to get the vehicle ready for me to pick up at the earliest convenience, was super apologetic & treated me with a generous gift when he didn't have to. I would recommend Shahab to anyone who is interested in a vehicle from Brampton North Nissan & would definitely use him again in the future for our vehicle sales person! More

Well, all mail is not dreadful mail from me. With all the compliments and comments I have received in the last six days I thought it is appropriate to send this mail. Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to you all for your patience and assistance in sorting out all the issues with us and our vehicle. Thank you to Raed Altal for assisting me with the trade in on our 2007 Toyota Sienna LE and for getting me into the new 2012 Nissan Murano. I remember I was not in agreement with the trading price but he went back and forth with his manager and get me the reasonable amount despite the mileage was 278K. Really awesome SUV. NOTE:Raed Altal is only been in Canada 3 years now originally from Syria. However, I like his positive attitude, professionalism and demeanour. Presently he is studying to become a lawyer and we wish him best of luck in his future endeavors. Thanks to Andrea Costa for putting up with me for the last couple of days ,my phone calls and emails. I know I have been really demanding . Hopefully I won’t be as painful any longer. Andrea was prompt, courteous and her professionalism was above and beyond. Thanks to Chad for assisting in sorting out the noise from the bug deflector and the mechanical noise as well. We should say Chad used his expertise however went the extra steps coordinating with the Techline and Engineering department to figure the problem. This is awesome Chad, because not only you showed that you care about your job simultaneously you wanted a second opinion to make sure the job are done correctly. We hope to have many happy miles with my new 2012 Nissan Murano and to have a log lasting relationship with the team. We would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the outstanding customer service that we received from Brampton North Nissan and their staffs. Worst customer service I was dealing with Cameron. We had spent almost 5 hrs to finalize the deal. He started with 0% interest and at the end of the deal , we realized they I was dealing with Cameron. We had spent almost 5 hrs to finalize the deal. He started with 0% interest and at the end of the deal , we realized they are offering 4.49% and telling us that it's Nissan std rate. Then why you were offering 0% in the beginning. It was such a terrible day for us after spending 5 hrs and that also with small kids. And when Cameron came to know that we are not happy with the overall experience we had , he left the place right away . The worst person at this place is their G.M. Mr. Asgar Molu. He has such a arrogant personality, doesn't even smile at their customers. Please do not go to this place for buying your car. More
