Well I don’t usually leave reviews, but not impressed by this Ford service dept. Definitely in one ear and out the other when trying to describe vehicle issue. Been working on vehicles for 20 years and love Fords in particular, but my service dept. experience was less than satisfactory. 2 days of having the vehicle at the dealership for a noise and I figured it out and cured it in 90 mins at home. Sad I had to, but Red Seal mechanic doesn’t always mean they know. It’s unfortunate too because I bought the vehicle new at this dealership so I spent a lot of money on it there and they made their profit. On a positive note, nothing but nice things to say about their sales and Financing depts. excellent to deal with! Ilya and Tyrone were both great! I’ll finish out my free oil changes here, but likely wouldn’t go back to this particular service dept. I should mention for noise concerns, based on experience and research, dealers do not make much of any money on chasing odd noises when under warranty so you get the run around majorly. Could be this or that, needs to break in xx excuse (break in means “I don’t know in the Auto community”). Disappointing. These things fly by okay with the average person that doesn’t know much about auto repair unfortunately More
After not having driven a Ford since the 80s, I was enticed by the new 2022 Maverick. I don't want a full sized truck having had a GMC Sonoma and a Dodge Dakota in the past. While I had a long wait due to supply chain issues at the factory, my salesman, Ilia, kept me informed of progress all along the way. Comes time to pick it up and the Finance employee, Dave, was honest and forthcoming. The young lady whose name escapes me, showing me the features, was very helpful. All in all, no question it was a 5 star experience. More

Had recall work done on my 2015 F150 in regards to the block heater cord in 2019. When I made the appointment in advance, so that the part could be ordered they hadn't changed the block heater cord despit block heater cord in 2019. When I made the appointment in advance, so that the part could be ordered they hadn't changed the block heater cord despite my appointment for this specific service. When I expressed my displeasure with the service not being done they took my truck back that day and installed a block heater cord from another vehicle as per the service advisor. Noticed over the past 2 years that when plugged in the truck was difficult to start, like it hadn't been plugged in. Forward to January 2022, again truck was plugged in but was frozen solid and would turn over but wouldn't start. Made appointment at different Ford dealership to have new cord put on. After that service appointment the service order stated that they replaced the block heater cord, previous one terminal pins were over sized and wrong cord was installed. Contacted Birchwood Ford in regards to this, scanned and emailed them my service copy from other Ford dealership as proof. They stated that they installed the appropriate cord and that I should contact Ford Canada. Neither Birchwood Ford or Ford Canada would admit to any wrong doing or offer any kind of reimbursement. Guess xxxx poor customer service is job #1 at Birchwood Ford and Ford Canada. More

As always the staff at Birchwood Ford are helpful and pleasant to deal with. Going through the vehicle ordering and customization was easily and painless and in the end we could not be happier with our n pleasant to deal with.
