My daughter is thrilled with getting everything she wanted at a price that we both were very happy with. Scott and Rob were truly a treat to negotiate and work with. Service Department I have been having my Jeep Liberty service/maintained by Big 4 since I bought it new in 2003 Currently it has 175K on it. All of the service/maintenance that I have performed on my vehicle has been done to my satisfaction and any issues/concerns have been addressed right away. What a great experience! 'That was quick!' Those were our first words after driving away from Big 4 excited about our new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. We were introduced to 'That was quick!' Those were our first words after driving away from Big 4 excited about our new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. We were introduced to Rob Coleman by my father who had worked with Rob some years ago. He was a wonderfully kind man who hooked us up with a Jeep Wrangler that had all the specifications that we were looking for. Rob then introduced us to Dan Mills who would be our Sales Representative. After a quick chat with Dan we headed into finance to finalize the deal with Bruce Giffin. Bruce was great and we really appreciated how communicative he was over the next week until our delivery. On the day of our delivery we saw Stacey in Finance (because it was Bruce's day off) who was just as charming and kind as everyone else at Big 4. Stacey showed us back to Dan and passed us our keys to our new Jeep! Dan then came outside with us to give us a quick tutorial on the ins and outs of Jeeps and congratulated us. During our delivery, my partner saw a small chip in the windshield. Dan apologized for this and assured us that Big 4 would take care of it. After a quick trip inside Dan told us that we would get a free windshield replacement because of the damage! There's nothing worse than driving your new car for a month and getting a big crack in it. We were so thankful that Big 4 was going to do that for us. Being raised in both the Service and Sales sides of the automotive industry I am familiar with the qualities that make a good dealership and a bad dealership. You do not have to worry about that at Big 4. The staff was genuine, kind and patient. The vehicle quality is fantastic and reliable. Negotiations were calm and reasonable and we did not feel pressured at any point during our visit there. If you are looking for a Jeep, I highly recommend visiting the Big 4 team! Thank you Big 4! Excited to see you all again when it's time for an oil change! More

Great buying experience I randomly walked across the street to check out a Jeep and met Ray. Amazing Experience Start to Finish! From the moment I walked in looking to test drive a jeep that I saw online, I felt comfortable. Han handed me the keys and said see you in a bit. He didn't pressure me and he didn't stress me out by wanting to come with me on the test drive. He said I could have any color jeep I wanted and he would get it, he also gave me pricing without having to put down a deposit, no pressure at all. Hans wanted me to really be comfortable with what I was buying. So that night I left without a jeep but with a whole new outlook on dealerships. I wanted to give them my business. I went back the next day with my husband and Martin and Han went over pricing and what made the most sense. We ended up getting more than we could have asked for and paid a lot less than at another dealership we had visited. Again I will mention no pressure! I highly recommend Big 4 and ask for Han! When it comes to financing Stacey was very professional and explained all the options in detail and when we declined extras she was totally fine with that. We are very happy with our purchases and would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Big 4! More
