I had just another larger expense in the service department. second time in less than a year, on a 5 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee. After expressing considers they deducted about $800, it was a help but still a price was outrages. they a had vehicle for 5 days and still could not wash Jeep. (Even though its called a wash, it is just a rinse) but they could not even do that! It is advertised with every service you get a carwash! (NOT! ) what is a person to do? Are we suppose ask, or does Service advisor ask? how does this work? All they is your money!!!! Don't follow through on their ads. ( apparently unless you micromanage everything / everyone involved) Hailey service advisor was lovely. unfortunately seemed like she could not do her job well with computer / IT had issues. More

Himanshu Tadiparty was calling to simply talk… He was not being pushy, , simply asked a few questions, asked if I knew much about Dodge trucks, if I knew about Big 4 Dealership and yes their promotion. We chatted and no pressure, but I was intrigued enough to come meet, and simply talk about options and some basic numbers etc. Totally friendly , meet greet etc. My experience led me to pursue more info, crunching numbers, checking out a truck or two, Comparing to my ,at current Ford truck, comparing features etc. Big 4 being part of WOOD AUTO GROUP, Himanshu was extremely knowledgeable about my current truck and or NEW Ford trucks, yet he sells Dodge. We talked, chatted, had a simple trade in evaluation done and I went home. Talked to my wife(BOSS) and we decided to peruse this new avenue. She looked, she saw, obviously we did a deal. In our minds , got a fair deal…prices on ALL NEW VEHICLES, are crazy outrageous., we arranged pickup , delivery ,prep etc, No pressure for extra add ons …yes they were mentioned… but no pressure. This is now my own 6 th truck, I am learning so much but so pleased. Rambling on , BUT…I am personally saying a huge Thankyou to HIMANSHU TADIPARTY. I would highly recommend him and this dealership for a buying experience…..No I am Not getting paid , or freebies etc for this review. Try them out for yourselves , is all I can say and recommend I bought from another dealership before, had an awesome salesman, sadly he no longer sells vehicles , but I put HIMANSHU. I'll skip over the sales issues but my neighbour (male) purchased a Demon from a dealer outside of Calgary and had a much different sales experience than I did. The main reason for my review is that I purchased the extended warranty / service plan package to extend the warranty on the Hellcat engine from 3y/60K to 5y/100K. Purchased April 27, 2023. My expiry date though is Dec 15, 2027, 4 months earlier than it should be. I have tried calling FCA since June and multiple case managers with no help. After months of trying to deal with this on my own I reached out to the General Manager of Big 4 on Sept 25, 2023 and left a message. I spoke to the GM Sept 26. He was dismissive, condescending and not at all interested in my concern. He said he remembers signing a sheet to change the in service date from Dec to April. I explained that I tried to fix it before calling him. He was like the call center agents can't do that. Western office just needs a call. He said there is a goodwill warranty program within a year of expiry. I'm like I'm not interested in goodwill, I just want what I paid for. ZERO mention about the truck, how it is etc. It's a pretty special truck and ranks in the top vehicles that they sell. I followed up with him Sept 28 and left a voicemail. I have never heard from him again. So that attitude permeates through sales right up to the General Manager. I previously purchased a Shelby GT-350 and Raptor from a sister Wood Automotive group dealer and over 7 years had amazing service from my 2 guys that worked at the dealer. They were always kind, respectful, friendly and LISTENED to me. They always asked about the vehicles and we talked regularly. They ALWAYS took care of my concerns and never once in 7 years was I treated how I've been treated over the last 6 months for a more expensive vehicle. I miss my old service guys and regret even stepping foot inside Big 4. More
We came in to Big 4 to look at a Jeep. Himanshu Tadiparty came over to see if he could help. He showed us three Jeeps but both he and us were impressed by one of them. He gave us a lot of information to help our decision and was no pressure to decide. We did buy the Jeep and dealt with other members of the team completing the sale and delivery. A very easy experience and we felt they gave us a fair deal. Thank you Hamanshu and Big 4 More
Initially was very happy with my purchase. My car is my job. Bought 2022 pacifica hybrid. In 4 months, trunk latch froze. Took me 6 tries to convince dealershi0 to fix. 6 months later, passenger sliding door motor went. 8 months later, transmission blew. I can't work without my car. And almost 4 weeks I couldn't earn income. Dealer didnt care. My family on the verge of bankruptcy and dealer or wood or fca or amvic didnt care. I bought 3 cars from wood. Nothing matters but profits. I would not trust this dealer and definitely not wood. Big charity sponsors but for customers, only profits. Only thing they threw in was free oil change. Not even coolant flush, no details as all that hurts their bottom line. But it's ok if I go bankrupt and their brand new car keeps having issues. Don't buy pacifica hybrid. Google. It's not a good car More

Just purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara for the wife, we drove north up Macleod past another dealer that we will never go to again! and walked into Big 4 Motors. We were met by a calm, relaxed and friendly salesman by the name of Rob Hason, who turned out to be the nicest and most attentive car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! From the moment my family and I introduced ourselves, he remembered our names, paid attention to what we were saying and question we were asking. He made what for me is a frustrating event into something enjoyable.. and for the cash you are dropping, it should be right! When I walk into car dealerships, my blood pressure rises as I prepare for battle... but on meeting Rob, I was immediately calmed by his approach to me, the family and to our needs. From finding the right spec, to negotiating the price, to delivery and receipt of the Jeep, Rob was ever the gentlemen... and to me, how ever car buying event should be! It should also be noted that the quality of attention and friendly help did not stop at Rob, Trevor in Finance, Jamie in the parts department and even the Manager were all just as nice! If you have ever had a bad car buying event with pressure tactics from overly eager and unprofessional sales staff... I would suggest you try Big 4 Motors on Macleod and ask for Rob Hason... you will not be disappointed! More
