Martin and Han showed me the profit margin on the trucks on the computer screen, something a lot of dealerships would never do. Martin was willing to match the price another company had given me. Han went out of his way to find a vehicle that I could test drive to see if I liked it. I have had other dealerships ask for my SIN number and they ran my credit before I was even allowed to test drive a vehicle....(their theory being that if someone can't afford the vehicle, they can't test drive it) which I think is very rude. At Big 4, they didn't even think twice about letting me see and test drive vehicles. Han went above and beyond just to look for a truck for me. Thanks so much guys for all your help! More
Great experience, very knowledgable!! Because of this, I want to make sure I am making the right choice and will not be disappointed. To insure I make the right choice each time, I tend to do a lot of research before buying, and in doing so, I ended up visiting at least 2 dealers from each of the brands I was looking at (Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet and Dodge) Although most of the dealerships I visited had knowledgeable and friendly staff, I found that Martin at Big 4 seemed to go that extra step and really took the time to make sure he understood what I needed and wanted in my new vehicle. Martin was then able to make solid recommendations on which vehicle(s) would best suit my needs, as well as he did a great job explaining in detail the differences not only between each model, but the options offered within each of these models. There was never any hard sell or buy now pressure. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable and was going to be happy with my purchase. This purchasing experience far exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to send other family members or friends to see Martin. I know they too will have a first class experience. Ken More
Best Sales Experience Ever I recently bought my Jeep from Big 4 Motors. After dealing with many dealerships in the past, I finally found the one I will use from now on. Every ex I recently bought my Jeep from Big 4 Motors. After dealing with many dealerships in the past, I finally found the one I will use from now on. Every experience I had at Big 4 was amazing, from looking, to buying, to picking up and now all my maintenance. Martin was very helpful and supportive during the whole experience. Stacey the finance manager was very informative and professional. I would recommend Big 4 to anyone in the market for a vehicle!! More

Towed in, and was told engine rocker arm replacement and water pump required. Fixed, not 20 kilometers later, second engine rocker arm. More money, and questionable repair. Interesting thing is that there was a huge amount of a floor drying product on my engine. This was noticed by the tow truck driver. When the service manager was questioned, he said perhaps it was an accidental "spill" as they were walking by. This is on the engine of a vehicle, not on the shop floor, and not in that quantity. Now, one month later, having spent over $1700, today I have just had vehicle with 131,600 kilometers towed to scrap yard. The latest diagnosis which I cannot believe they did not catch, is antifreeze has leaked into the engine, and it would cost over $5000 to fix it. Service consultants okay. service management not so eager to find the root source of the issues. More
customer service at its worst Popped in to grab a 50 cent fuse for my brand new 90 thousand dollar 3500 mega cab longhorn dually so I could get the lights working and get back to w Popped in to grab a 50 cent fuse for my brand new 90 thousand dollar 3500 mega cab longhorn dually so I could get the lights working and get back to work. ( a micro fuse that is only available at chrysler). The shop foreman thought it was funny that she could fit me in for a fuse in a week to get me back on the road. ( it was in stock, saw 2 of them). An install that literally takes 8 seconds, which I didn't need them to do, I just wanted their fancy one off fuse so I could be back on the road making money. Very discouraged by their lack of respect towards the people that ultimately keep them employed. Won't be going back for service or buying anymore vehicles there. Amazed at how they could turn away a potential lifetime customer (cummins only!) who buys their most expensive trucks over a 50 cent part. More
Infighting between dealers We recently tried to purchase a Dodge eco diesel. Our preferred dealership Renfrew Chrysler located the vehicle we wanted at Big 4. We left a deposit We recently tried to purchase a Dodge eco diesel. Our preferred dealership Renfrew Chrysler located the vehicle we wanted at Big 4. We left a deposit with Renfrew to transfer our vehicle in. WEEKS past and no vehicle. Big 4 were being jerks and wouldn't transfer the vehicle until Renfrew located one they wanted in exchange. Never happened. We finally gave up and bought a Silverado from CMP. Best decision ever. Stay away from these guys. If they can't treat other dealers with respect how do you think they will treat their customers?!?! More

During the last few years I have brought my 2011 ram 3500 megacab laramie dually to Big 4 for service. As they once used to give me an honest diagnostic of my vehicles problems and usually fixed the problem megacab laramie dually to Big 4 for service. As they once used to give me an honest diagnostic of my vehicles problems and usually fixed the problem first try. However since then I have had nothing but nightmare service from them. With a simple check engine light being the third and final strike. The first which almost resulted in the loss of my life due to their service techs taking 3 times (at a cost of $100 + every visit ) to diagnose a lose bolt on my track bar which resulted in me losing control of the vehicle on the highway as I was unable to turn to the right. The second time was for again a simple check engine like which was a warrantable item and however I got charged the same $121.48 diagnostic fee for them to read a check engine light on a 3 month old Jeep Wrangler. Needless to say I was rather unimpressed, The third was again a simple check engine light on the 2011 ram which I gave the service rep the codes when I brought the in. I was then informed that it would be a $420 charge for them to reflash my computer and change a $14 part as the truck was out of the 60,000 bumper to bumper. When I told the service rep I would be taking the truck else were as I thought that 3 hours shop time to update the computer, and change a connection pin was very steep as they were charging a full hour for each line item as opposed to total hours worked on the vehicle. Well to my surprise I had another $121.48 bill waiting for me which the service advisor stated was for reading the error codes(which I gave her). When I said I wouldn't pay the charge she said you agreed to it when you brought the vehicle in. When I asked to speak to a service advisor there wasn't one available and one wouldn't return my phone calls. Over all I would avoid this dealership for any service items as I took the truck to Airdrie Chrysler where they determined the service was 100% a warrantied item under the power train warranty and noted that the total charge had it not been under warranty would have been $60 More
