Replacement of two vehicles for a towable vehicle Traded in Dodge Ram 3500, and Dodge Compass. We needed a vehicle that could be towed behind a motor home. With Han Kim's assistance we found the perfect vehicle. We purchased the Dodge Cherokee, and have been very happy with our purchase. We went from Calgary to Banff and Lake Louise for the weekend, and were quite pleased with the Cherokee's performance. We travelled 573km on the weekend, and still had an eighth of a tank of gas left when we got home to Calgary, and a fill was only $39. Han took the time to explain the purpose and the function of all of the controls on the display panel. Han's patience, and his time spent with us was very much appreciated. The manager Rob Coleman was very friendly, shook our hands, and congratulated us on our new purchase. 2015 Cherry Red Jeep Patriot I received an email from Jeep.ca advising me of up to $5,000 discounts on Jeep models so I visited the nearest Jeep dealer and took a test drive in a I received an email from Jeep.ca advising me of up to $5,000 discounts on Jeep models so I visited the nearest Jeep dealer and took a test drive in a new Patriot. After the test drive this dealer quoted me a price that was much higher than I expected. I then went on the internet and plugged in Jeep Patriot 4X4 North Edition and was given a long list of inventory from Calgary Dealers all with the Jeep.ca discount built in. I found the exact Patriot with the options and Cherry Red color that we wanted and so I contacted Big 4 Motors and was given a very friendly No xx presentation on this vehicle and so we decided to buy and are very pleased with the whole deal. Best oil change ever. I haven't written a review before, but this time one is warranted. I went to Big 4 for an oil change and to look at vehicles. There was no pressure. He let me decide when, what ,and if, and added his wealth of knowledge when called for. I was planning on looking for several more months, but when I found the vehicle and experience I was looking for there wasn't any point. Financial staff were great, and Ray went above and beyond. I will certainly be buying my next vehicle here.Highly recommended. Yes im still smiling. More
