Not Just a Dealership I started going to Big 4 for the service. As a younger female I valued the time that they took to explain and educate me. So I decided to purchase a I started going to Big 4 for the service. As a younger female I valued the time that they took to explain and educate me. So I decided to purchase a new vehicle from them. I know that the sales team and finance team went the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted. They may have made the sale, but I feel like I was the one who walked away with more. After purchasing my vehicle, the parts department made some recommendations on some parts that I should get for my vehicle. Every time I visit the parts department they get me really excited about new products and deals available. When I find something I really like that I want to buy, they take the time to explain the pros and cons. Their wealth of knowledge really helps me make an informed decision. Any time I enter the service garage they know exactly who I am and treat my vehicle as if it's their own. I never thought that I would value my relationship with a facility that takes my money, until I had the full experience. I've always believed in the product, but the service and the experience far exceed any expectation. More

Top Marks for sales, service and parts. I never write reviews but this one is warranted. From sales to parts and service - this dealer has been outstanding. My sales person knew the vehicle I never write reviews but this one is warranted. From sales to parts and service - this dealer has been outstanding. My sales person knew the vehicle intimately including the workings of some esoteric options I requested (other dealers were clueless). The purchase process was concluded in 30 minutes with zero waiting for "approvals"! The finance process was concluded without pressure (paid cash). The GM was even better ... providing an end of year rebate at car pickup (car was delivered a week into January). My first oil change was smooth and the Service Manager was readily available for questions. The parts dept were super helpful in sourcing some additional body parts. This is definitely a dealership I will return to! I have waited two months before filing this review and remain amazed and delighted with the crew at Big 4. I checked most Calgary dealers and only Big 4 exceeded expectations. And to top it all off - my Jeep Grand Cherokee runs just fine to boot - lol. John Ackermans More
