LEAKING ANIT FREEZE MARCH 1 2015 I DROPPED MY NISSAN PATHFINDER OFF AT BIG FOUR MOTORS, MATT FERGUSON MET WITH ME TO DISCUSS THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING. HE ASSURED ME THAT MARCH 1 2015 I DROPPED MY NISSAN PATHFINDER OFF AT BIG FOUR MOTORS, MATT FERGUSON MET WITH ME TO DISCUSS THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING. HE ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD GET TO THE BOTTOM OF MY LEAKING ANTI FREEZE PROBLEM. SUPER NICE MAN DROVE ME HOME...HOURS LATER A FELLOW NAMED KEN CALLED TO UPDATE ME AND LET ME KNOW MY VEHICLE WOULD BE READY THE NEXT DAY AND SHARED THE COSTS FOR SERVICE. TUESDAY MORNING I WAS CALLED AND WITHIN A HALF HOUR ANOTHER FRIENDLY SHUTTLE DRIVER WAS HERE TO PICK ME UP, MY INVOICE WAS READY UPON ARRIVAL , PAID THE BILL AND ANOTHER MAN APPROCHED ME TO SAY MY VEHICLE WAS WAITING OUTSIDE THE SERVICE DOOR FOR ME. I AM SO GLAD A FRIEND RECOMMENDED I SEE MATT FOR HELP. I WILL CERTAINLY PASS ON MY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WILL RETURN FOR OIL CHANGES AND TIRE ROTATION .
