My name is Visar Bajraktari and I bought Jeep Cherokee Sport 2014 last summer. After agreed to install additional equipments on my car such as hitch, winter tires, 3M protection film and remote starter, Ahmed told me that my car would be ready on certian day. I came to pick up the car that day and it was not ready. Ahmed told me to wait 2 more hours, and sugessted I go somewhere out of the big4motors building for a coffee. He did not even offer me a coffee. After I came back to pick up the car he told me that the remote starter is not installed because we don't have it in stock that he will call me within 2 weeks to install it. I have waited 3 weeks and he did not call. I called him he told me we don't have them yet and that he will call. I have waited 2 more weeks and he still did not call. I called back and he said he forgot about it. After 2 months I called again and he finally said that the remote starters are here but I forgot to call. He said you can come and install it and it will take 1-2 hours to install so I can wait there. When I went to install the service guys told me that it will take at least 8 hours to install it. I had to go out, take public transit and Ahmed did not even offer me a shuttle. 4 days ago I sent him an email to ask him about my first car oil change because he told me it would be free for the first time and he did not reply to my email. I had to call big4motors and they have told me to bring the vehile on first come first serve basis. I am very upset with Ahmed Mansour service and I am about to write an artice on newpaper about this. I am sorry but I will never buy another car from your dealership again. And I wil not recommend anyone to buy there, unless you offer me free wheels for my car tires, since I did not get anything for free when I bought my new car, and I know a lot of my friends did. Visar, I have had the opportunity to investigate this situation. After speaking with Ahmed the details are more clear. Apparently the factory auto start showed available in the Chrysler Parts System. Ahmed indicated to you that the starter would be available in 2 weeks. We had ordered the remote start for you but unfortunately it was on back order due too the Cherokee model being a new release. We as a dealer do not have much control of when parts will arrive at the dealership and it is truly unfortunate that you had to wait this long too have the remote installed. I would like to have you into the dealership and discuss the option of providing you with upgraded wheels. I would do this if you would kindly give us the opportunity to continue to service your car and provide future referrals to our business. What time works for you? Ahmed has proven to be one of my best customer service representatives and it is not often I receive complaints from his customer base. I am sure there is a resolution here. Rob
