During the process we learned of identity theft on our bureau. Doreen in finance was very understand and the dealership honored the deal with proof of the theft. Came across this one in March 2015--don't even remember why we walked in to this specific. The sales guy, Ahmed, knew his stuff and was willing to work a deal. After our initial meeting, he brought in the one Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in the City that met our criteria. Honest, casual, and frank--overall a great guy to work with on a deal. Rob in management was great with the numbers and very fair. Again, honest, casual and frank. You may think that Finance is boring and filled with paper cuts--but not here. Stacey knows her stuff, is efficient and can be fun--but maybe that's because I love numbers, too. We even walked out trading in our second vehicle for a Dodge Ram--we were planning to trade-in at the original dealer, but could not pass up the Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Limited. The staff were great, the product is top notch and the incentives were waaaaay too good to pass up. See this team, they are worth the time and money. More
Great service - one stop, two new trucks I've wanted a Jeep for a long time...and when I went to Big 4, I knew that was the dealer for me. The staff were friendly, informative and - best of I've wanted a Jeep for a long time...and when I went to Big 4, I knew that was the dealer for me. The staff were friendly, informative and - best of at - not pushy. My first two visits were just "kicking tires" and that was fine by them. They answered questions, set up test drives and most of all, didn't pester me with annoying calls. When we decided to buy, we even visited a different dealer that a friend recommended - What a mistake. So back to Big 4 we went. The entire Big 4 team was so great, that after we decided on a Jeep, we ended up buying a brand new truck as well. So now we have 2 new vehicles and love them both. When you go to Big 4, you need to speak to Ahmed - he is honest, upfront and completely transparent. These are qualities that all car sales people should emulate. Overall, an awesome experience. I'd give them an 11 out of 10. More

One particular re occurring problem I was having was a very bad vibration throughout the whole truck. "Ram 3500 dually 4x4" after listening to the original dealership, I had spent over $4000 in tires alone! They kept saying it was tire issues! Two u joints later, and two steady bearings that all left me on stranded on the highway I was clinically fed up!! My very first visit to Big Four, I met Matt, he couldn't imagine the frustration I was having as I explained my dilemma. I left my truck with him for the day, not four hours later, he called and said he believed the drive shaft itself was completely out of balance right from factory!! They pulled the shaft off, sent it to an outside sublet specialist and the truck was back in action and has been perfect the very next day!! Unreal diagnostics and s very caring staff! Well done Big 4 More

He has a strong sense of duty, he is responsible, reliable and a good listener. He managed everything with an exceptional modesty in just two business days so we got our car on Monday morning without even being worried to follow up the process of getting a new plate number. First time truck buyer Went into Big 4 in December 2014 and ask Joe to keep a look out for a good, gently use Ram 1500. We described what we wanted. Beginning of March Went into Big 4 in December 2014 and ask Joe to keep a look out for a good, gently use Ram 1500. We described what we wanted. Beginning of March 2015 we received a call from Joe informing us of a great truck that just came in. We are now owners of a great truck. Good Service Is Not Dead Just purchased vehicle used on Wednesday and there was a slight leak on the lower transmission fluid pan that this dealership had repaired.I changed o Just purchased vehicle used on Wednesday and there was a slight leak on the lower transmission fluid pan that this dealership had repaired.I changed oil on the same day.Later that evening I noticed transmission fluid under the van.On Thursday the leak got much worse so Friday morning I called to set up a time for the correction of this bad repair.Ryan Beaudry took my call and said to bring it in ASAP.It took about 90minutes to correct the error and I was happy.I just need to stress just how friendly and empathetic Ryan Beaudry was.I have dealt with service departments of several dealers in Calgary and have yet to come across a more helpful and caring service rep.This young man treated me with respect and compassion.He LISTENED and ACTED.I've spent close to 40years serving customers and always had great pride in making my them happy.A lost sale never kept me awake at night but an unhappy client did.This would have been a 100% experience had it not been for the mistake made in the original work for witch Ryan cannot be blamed.This young man is a keeper.I look forward to seeing his smiling face again soon.Mike Bezzeg Calgary AB More
