Waste of Time and Money Grab Was looking for new tires and their supplies guy said on the phone that they have ordered it so i have set the appointment. When i got in for the appo Was looking for new tires and their supplies guy said on the phone that they have ordered it so i have set the appointment. When i got in for the appointment they are fast to show me that my alignment is off so they would recommend the alignment. Knowing it will be good for my new tires i said yes. Minutes later they said that the tires are not in. Since the alignment is already done i have to pay for it and have to go back for another appointment. Service adviser assured that the tires will be in. When i came back for the new appointment, I was told to wait to make sure that the tires are in and after 15 mins or so, turned out the tires are not there. So I wasted my time for the 2 appointments and they grabbed money from me for the alignment job which maybe i didn't really need. I saw the alignment report but was surprised by it, and not sure if i have trusted them correctly on that, or it's just their procedure to grab money from their clients. Dealer has only two shuttles and even they are right next to downtown, they don't fetch from downtown past 4pm. I wonder why, because other dealership are able to do so. Satisfied New Owner of Ram 1500 Sport I was looking to upgrade my Ram 1500 in September and shopped around a few dealerships in Calgary. I did not feel comfortable with any of these other I was looking to upgrade my Ram 1500 in September and shopped around a few dealerships in Calgary. I did not feel comfortable with any of these other dealerships as I felt a lot of pressure to make a purchase. My wife went to Big 4 and bought a Grand Caravan and had a really good experience, so I thought I would check them out. When I went to Big 4 I never felt any pressure and was made to feel comfortable to look around. Aaron and Darcy were excellent to deal with and answered all my questions with a zero pressure approach. Bruce in Finance was also great to deal with. He was super helpful and made the purchase that much easier. I highly reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a new vehicle in Calgary - affordable, low pressure & great customer service. More

5 STAR SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE!!! Buying a new vehicle is never an easy experience. A new vehicle search is time consuming, and usually the pressure of the sales team and management se Buying a new vehicle is never an easy experience. A new vehicle search is time consuming, and usually the pressure of the sales team and management seem to have a "take-it leave-it mentality" which only frustrates the customer and never helps the situation. I'm the type of individual who will simply leave and not even consider buying that brand of vehicle anymore due to the attitude of the staff. When I first contacted Todd Clayton, I was in another dealership viewing a similar Jeep model where I had been trying new vehicles and going back and forth with the sales and management team to create the most attractive price. I decided to call Todd and discuss the options on the table I had from the current dealership and ask him about the two models he had. Todd took the time to rationalize the other dealerships vehicle price and how he did not want me to buy an overpriced vehicle and explained the true value/expectations of their vehicles vs Todd's vehicle choices. If it weren't for Todd's honesty about the prices of both dealerships I would have probably purchased a vehicle from this other dealership. I ended up leaving the current dealership and drove immediately to Big 4 Motors. Todd even had the courtesy to text me and send me a picture of the dealership location and the fastest route to avoid traffic from where I was coming from. Upon meeting Todd his friendliness carried through in person as it did on the phone. Todd had done his research for the similar Jeep models on the net and compared it to what he had in his inventory. His Jeeps still came in at a better price point than any other dealer on the market. Todd was able to negotiate my trade-in vehicle for a reasonable price with his management as well cover all the features of the vehicle, add-on's, and perks of the vehicle. When going to test drive the vehicle Todd handed me the keys and said something along the lines of "enjoy/have fun" and started to walk away, this was the first test-drive where the salesman didn't just hop in the car. I asked Todd to come with me as he was not pushy nor at any point did I feel attitude. The test-drive was an excellent experience and not stressful nor made me nervous at all, quite refreshing to say the least. Once all the vehicle details were sorted out when we returned, signed the paperwork, transferred the funds, and a genuine congratulatory handshake was given; Todd expedited the vehicle to be ready as soon as possible for pick-up the next day. They were even able to have the vehicle ready with the added appearance package which included the paint sealant, leather protection, undercoating, and 3M. When I returned my old vehicle the following day to the dealership, I realized I had not removed my old stereo systems wiring. Within a few days Todd had gone out of his way and personally removed my old stereo system cables and mailed them to me as I did not live in the city. He had also taken the liberty to mail me a spare key and ensure I could have the key programmed to my new vehicle at a location convenient to me free of charge. To make a long story short, Todd's customer service is exceptional. His friendly attitude and professional knowledge didn't make me question my new vehicle purchase during any point of the sale. Thank you Todd for your honesty and zero pressure attitude towards my new vehicle. I shall specifically recommend you to anyone who even is remotely thinking about a new vehicle purchase as this vehicle experience was seamless from start to finish. Thank you! More

This was an outstanding experience and we were so pleased with our vehicle and Martin's ability to go way above expectations. With our growing family, we were looking for a bigger vehicle and knew that Big 4 would treat us right. John Quinlan assisted us this time and we were so impressed with his knowledge of the trucks and his personal experience with driving them. He is very friendly, honest and communicates clearly. John and Martin worked together to get us the best price they could, even throwing in some extra features! Michelle took care of our financing and walked us through all the details. Since our Jeep had been in a total loss accident, we were unsure of the transfer process and Big 4 made it so much easier by guiding us through and assisting directly when they could. She is very good at this process and explains your entire bill of sale, line by line. Also, we called her on her direct line many times and she either answered right away or got back to us as quickly as possible. She is great at her job and really loves what she does! Overall, we were treated like their best customers and both times, they have made buying a vehicle a clear, fun, and rewarding experience. We will be back, both for regular service on our truck, and for all of our family's future vehicles.
