Met Aaron and his team, who filled me in me on a fantastic offer on 2016 Jeeps, and they searched the province for options and colors I was looking for. We found the perfect Jeep at an incredible price, and the call to buy was easy to make. Seamless and easy process, and I was surprised at the level of customer service... definitely way ahead of other dealerships I visited. Every person i dealt with was honest, smart and practical. We had visited 3 other dealerships prior to coming to Big 4 and were disappointed in the lack of respect, lack of knowledge and unwillingness to make a deal. We saw your ad in the Saturday Sun and was referred to Aaron when I called for information. Aaron was very helpful on the phone, provided good information and encouraged us to come by for further discussion and a possible test drive. Aaron met us at the door when we arrived! We were impressed by his product knowledge, willingness to listen and his straight forward manner. He gave us comparisons of different vehicles and offered suggestions. He was not pushy at all, which we appreciated. Aaron gave us time to make a decision without any pressure and worked with us to make a deal that we were happy with. After making our decision we met with Bruce in the Business Office and found him to be very professional, well organized and very pleasant to work with. Our experience was a very pleasant one and we came away with a good and exciting feeling. We were very impressed. We have had our 2016 Patriot for almost a week and are very happy with it. Unprofessional, Ignorant. AVOID JAMIE AND BIG 4 IN GENERAL! I inquired about a vehicle through text (Like the Kijji ad stated, "Text Jamie if interested") So, I did about 6:30p AVOID JAMIE AND BIG 4 IN GENERAL! I inquired about a vehicle through text (Like the Kijji ad stated, "Text Jamie if interested") So, I did about 6:30pm. He replied, then ignored me which is fine but I asked him if he was still there after an hour or so. He replied with "My apologies for not answering while i was having DINNER, I had no idea this was such an importance it could not WAIT 1 HOUR. Not interested in your trade, thanks" .. meanwhile I wasn't trading my current vehicle in with them, I was paying cash for the car. I was honestly waiting for someone to tell me this was a joke. I am utterly disgusted in the attitude I received from Jamie after inquiring about an ad that clearly had his number posted online for people to ask simple questions at any reasonable time of the day. He proceeded with texting me with attitude stating I texted him outside of business hours while he was having dinner, etc but I called the manager an hour later and the shop wasn't even closed. Avoid this place at all costs, the customer service is disgusting. Why would anyone ever trust a place with such attitude? Next thing you know, you're being sold a car that will be on the side of road the week after you buy it. There are many dealerships in Calgary, do not waste your time and money at this one. More

Jim made some great recommendations on the Jeep that I wanted, and had the Jeep at the shop quickly, and ready to go. I also spoke with Bruce Giffin regarding undercoating, rustproofing and interior protection, and he walked me through the options for warranties, and what to do when servicing is required. Finally Michael took my wife and I out to the Jeep and showed me some of the items on the new Jeep that weren't on my old Wrangler YJ. More

Jared returned our calls promply with correct answers to each question and never gave a "high pressure" sales come back. When we meet Jared at the Dealership he helped us kindly and profesionally with the vehicles we had interest. He was fair negotiating with our purchase and trade.
