New purchase I went to this dealer twice , both times I had a bad experience with a salesman, so I was not interested in talking to anyone again , so I was down I went to this dealer twice , both times I had a bad experience with a salesman, so I was not interested in talking to anyone again , so I was down there on a Saturday getting some service work done,Ryan was my service consultant, he was very polite and helpful, I was just sitting around ,so I was very reluctant To go to show room , then John approached me , I said to my self , here we go again , !!bad experience!!, wow ! It was completely different from any salesman I have every talked to , we hit it off perfect , he had a good approach, he was not a pushy salesman, like my last experience,I could go on and on , I had no intention to buy a new vehicle, I told him I will come back again ,I ended up coming back that same day and bought a 2016 trailhawk ! I got what I wanted in trade and got a great deal on vehicle, one last thing Michelle in finance explained everything perfectly, was very polite and helpful , outstanding job to big four motors More

I didn't get screwed. There was a 20% off mrsp on new 2016 jeep cherokees when I purchased mine. First I went to south trail chrystler, where I was offered $5500 as a trade in for my 2012 Ford escape. According to a black book value I was looking at, it would retail from 11k-14k. Then I was told I wouldn't find a better offer. A short drive later, I was at Big 4, and was talking to Johan "The Duke", where I was offered $10,500. I was very specific with what I needed in my jeep cherokee, and instead of pushing one I didn't want, Johan found one in Edmonton, and had it driven down for me within a few days. Lesson to be told, shop around. More

I was super surprised to see a very familiar face (John Quinlan) whom had sold us a couple of vehicles some 10 years back. We LOVE dealing with John. Because we are so comfortable with John, we decided to purchase our BRAND NEW JEEP Cherokee from him. Great guy to deal with, sent my girlfriend in a couple days later and she bought a Jeep from him as well. And we can not say enough about our experience with Michelle Morgan, she is an outstanding financial director. She is extremely organized, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and just an all around great person to deal with. Heck! I would buy a car from her (lol)..... More
