Can't recommend him enough. I am, admittedly, a bit of a tough customer. I ask a lot of questions, and know very clearly what I want. Todd was very patient, and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. When at the financing stage, we had a bit of a hiccup, but Doreen worked through my concerns until we came to a resolution. I am a firm believer that how you deal with client issues is the real tell-all when dealing with sales and service individuals, and this dealership is at the head of the pack when it comes to that. The bright light I had to replace my Journey as the result of an accident. In the process, oft delayed, of dealing with the insurance company and bank, Big 4, and in p I had to replace my Journey as the result of an accident. In the process, oft delayed, of dealing with the insurance company and bank, Big 4, and in particular John Quinlan , saw to it that I was given all of the help I needed while I waited for my payment to come. When my rental from the insurance company ran out they told me to not worry and they gave me a loaner and told me to use it as long as I needed. A load off my mind! And through the various delays from the bank and insurance they never made me feel any kind of pressure about closing the deal. On top of that they were great at finding out exactly what I wanted and filled that need and then some! I could go on but the bottom line is that in a somewhat troubling situation Big 4, John and Stacey were a bright light! I now have my Journey and want to say thanks for their professionalism, understanding and positive attitude through the whole process. This is the 5th vehicle I have bought from Big 4 and this has easily been the most enjoyable! Keep it up, guys!!! More
